Lia woke up with a headache as blood were dripping from the cut on her head. She has a dazed look on her face as She turned to see if Ben were alright.

But He weren't in his passenger seat which snapped her out of her daze. And began to look around the camper for him with a worried look on her face.

She called out his name but didn't hear him answer back which caused her to worry more. She saw that the door was open and realised that He must have gotten out.

He went outside and saw his foot prints in the mud as it lead to a small path. Lia grabbed her phone and went to follow her son's footprints.

She called out his name as she kept following the footprints until it reached the edge of the forest. Lia stopped in her tracks as her eyes winded in shock and confusion.

For She found herself looking at a giant city in the distance. The city didn't look like anything she had seen before and it didn't look modern.

For it looked like a city that came from one of those bed time stories She used to read to Ben. She kept looking at the city until her gaze turned back to the footprints.

And they were leading straight to the city and that's where she went. Upon arriving to the medieval looking city She called out Ben's name.

As She looked around for him and couldn't help but ask herself these questions. "Where is everyone? What is this place?"

Lia stopped when She saw a figure that looked like Ben. She didn't get a better look at him because He was hidden in the shadow of the ally.

But had a gut feeling that was Ben and before She could go to him. He ran into the ally which caused her to call out after him and follow her boy.

As She kept running the sound of bells sounded all around the city. And everything were slowly becoming darker and darker making it a bit difficult to see.

But She kept following him until reaching what looked like a playground. Everything was dark and She called out to her son saying.

"Ben! Ben! Where are You?! BEN!" She took a step forward and stepped on something wet and squishy. She didn't know what She had stepped in and thought it was good poop.

But when She turned on the light on the phone her eyes winded in shock and horror. When She saw the human entrails and the half eaten corpse lying on the ground.

Lia kept staring at the corpse for a few minutes before hearing some growling right next to her. She turned and shined her flash light and saw a large creature with sharp fangs.

Claws covered in blood and fur red as the sunset. And its eyes filled with anger as it had that evil malicious smile on its face.

Lia screamed out in horror and was about to try to run away. But the monster caught up to her and was about to bite her head off.

When a gunshot was heard and the monster shrieked out in pain. And saw that one of its eyes were missing its right eye as blood oozed and gushed out of it.

Lia looked at in shock before someone called for her to run and it was Jason. Lia turned to look at him as He fired his gun at the monster again.

And She quickly made a run for it and went with Jason to get away from the monster. They kept running until they went to hide in one of the buildings and closed and barricaded the door.

The pair stayed quiet as the monster banged and scratched the door like a rabid animal. Jason aimed his gun at the door waiting for the monster to break through any second.

Until the monster stopped when something else caught its attention. Jason lowered his gun and turned to Lia and says with a calm look on his face.

"You okay? Did it hurt You?" Lia looks at him and says with a bit of a panicked look on her face. "I... I am fine... But... Where are We and what was that??"

Jason looks at her and says with a thoughtful look on his face. "I don't know for I am asking the same questions myself...

Do You remember what happened?" Lia told him that She remember seeing his four wheeler on the road and then hitting something.

And lost consciousness which made Jason say to her. "That's strange... The only thing I remember was driving down the road and showing You the way.

Then I found myself near the edge of the forest... Where is that boy of Yours?" Lia looks at him and says with a worried look on her face.

"I don't know where He is, When I woke up He was gone and I followed his footprints that lead me to this place...

I saw him in the ally but lost track of him when I reached the playground, and were attacked by that monster...

I have to find him before that monster hurts him or worst..." She was about to go back out when Jason stopped her and says.

"I know that You're worried about Your kid, but going back out there with that monster out there is suicide.

You nearly became its next meal! Besides You're hurt!" Lia looks at him and says with a desperate look on her face. "I don't care what happens to me!

I just want to find my son and I be damned if I have to go through hell to find him!" Jason looks at her for a few seconds before letting out a sigh and says.

"If You're that determined to find Your son, then I be coming with You." Lia looks at him and says with a bit of a unsure look on her face.

"You sure? I don't want to put You in danger if anything happens..." Jason looks at her and says as He takes out a second handgun from his belt.

"Its fine, I can handle anything as long as I'm careful. Do You know how to use this?" Lia looks at the gun in his hand and were reminded of how her brother taught her how to use a gun.

She gives him a nod and says. "Yes, my brother taught me..." Jason hands her the gun and says with a serious look on his face.

"Take this, You need it more than me. And if You see one of those monsters, You and fire and if You cant then You run. no matter what happens, got it?"

Lia looks at the gun in her hand and turns to look at him and says with a serious look on her face. "Got it... Now can we please get going so we can find my son?"

Jason gave her a nod and treated the small cut on her head. Then went to make sure the coast was clear and made sure there weren't many monsters near by.

And after making sure the coast was clear the pair went back outside to look for Ben. and the first place they went to look was playground.

Why the playground? Its because Lia had a gut feeling that there was something there. And She was right for when they got back to the playground they found Ben's backpack lying next to a tree.

Lia went to get the backpack and found Ben's notebook he used to draw in. A page fell out of the notebook and saw the words academy written on it.

Lia picked up the note and recognised the handwriting for it was Ben's. She flipped the note and saw a hand drawn map with a arrow and the words written on the back. "Go here"

Jason looks at Lia and says. "A map? Do You think Your boy has gone there?" Lia looks at the map for a few seconds before telling him.

"I am not sure, if He is there, We have to go there." Jason gave her a nod and was about to say something. When the sounds of growling were heard and it was their cue to leave and head to the place on the map.
