After storming off from the doorways leading to the library, I directly went to the room where the next class was to be held. The room was empty with no one and so, I was allotted some time to calm myself down. I tried to cool myself and thankfully, I was again able to relax and recompose myself.

I was staring outside the window when someone's hand touched my shoulder, I turned back and saw Amaira, who had reached the classroom for the next class assigned to the witch faction, i.e., the defense spell class. This class was taken by Miss Emma herself.

Amaira smiled slightly upon seeing me and I too, in order to distract myself from the earlier chaotic incident, just smiled back. After that I was again composing myself to divert my thoughts but then again, as always my luck ran out, and then Amaira spoke up,

Is something wrong? I mean you were so emerged in your thoughts that you couldn't even hear me calling out your name. And when I touched your shoulder to catch your attention, you responded late. So, tell me, did something happen? Or is something bothering you?

After hearing all these questions, I guess I put on an unpleasant expression since Amaira once again spoke up,

Well, I am sorry for being pushy, but since we are friends and you kinda saved me from the bad guys in the warehouse and all, I thought that I just couldn't leave you be, when you were looking so low-spirited.

After the conversations that we had been having since the start, I knew that Amaira was indeed a good person but right now, the reason for my anger was simply too petty to be discussed with someone else. So, I just smiled faintly at her and shook my head as if assuring her that nothing was wrong. She was again about to speak up, but then the bell rang for the classes to commence and all the other students reached the room.

I too went back to my seat as well as Amaira did. We were assigned to specific seats. And I was assigned to sit with Morgan. He was not my friend but we were partners in the witch craft classes so we did talk with each other. The twins sat together while Hope was assigned to seat with Penelope Park, the archenemy of Lizzie and ex of Jo.

When everyone settled down, Miss Emma entered the classroom. She was smiling gently as usual at everyone in the class and started to take our attendance. Thereafter, when everyone brought out their books for the class, I noticed that Emma just stood and started looking at everyone and the book that was open on her table was closed shut by her and then she started to speak.

Okay so, Good afternoon everyone!! Today marks the first class of the witch faction, I believe, after the semester break. So, I would like to welcome both the newcomers as well as the old students. My name is Emma Tig and I will be taking up most of the classes of the witch faction and also I am the school's councellor guide with whom you can share everything without any issues of your privacy being intervened.

Um, okay so, today I think that we should not go about with the bookish knowledge that we have accumulated so far and engage ourselves in some practical skills therefore, I have decided that we will be going to the forest for some physical activity engagement and we will be accompanied by Professor Dorian, along with the vampire faction as a collab class.

My day was already going bad but now it was about to get worse. I mean the person whom I didn't want to interact or look at was now just a few steps away from me, Louis, because of the collab classes. Usually, collab classes were taken for different factions when the topic under study was important for each faction. But this time due to incapacity of accommodating all the students in the school vans, the werewolf factions were not included.

The witches and vamps were instructed to inter mingle with each other so that the session could be carried out properly. I was still tired from the earlier rally that I had engaged in with Amaira, so I was not that enthusiastic. And furthermore, there was Louis, who was walking around with his hostile atmosphere enveloping him.

Haa... *sigh*. I didn't know why, but he seemed too hostile towards me. He was acting in an anti-social manner with everyone, no doubt in that. But with me, his hostility grew to a size upto many folds, as if there was an invisible wall between us and I couldn't penetrate through it to reach him. To be honest, I just wanted to talk to him but as things were going, that seemed like a hard hurdle.

All the students hopped on the vans together and we set out to the woods and then came in to speak, one of the most imposing persons, Lizzie.

So, what's the deal? Why are you looking like a person whose soul has left him on an adventure? I mean not to interfere with your life or anything, but still as your friend, I need to know.

And then she just smiled at me. Josie and Hope just gave out a sigh and looked at me as if I was instructed to just indulge her. Without finding any alternative, I just told her that there was nothing to talk about and I was just tired from the hectic schedule that started out since the beginning of the semester. She tried to pry a bit more but without getting any reaction from me, she just gave up and then the trip to the forest was engulfed with silence.
