Curiously serene amidst intense passion, they lingered, motionless yet intimately connected. In that long intermission, Sarawat simply held Tine, stirring almost imperceptibly now and then to pull him closer or press their lips together.

After a restful period of four or five minutes, during which he seemed to gather strength, Sarawat ravished Tine all over again.

For more than an hour, Sarawat alternated between violent passion and tranquil savoring, one moment engulfing Tine in fiery desire, the next enveloping him in tender warmth. Perhaps it was the romantic dinner or the heartfelt conversation that sparked these bursts of energetic arousal between slow, languorous periods of reverie. For Tine, it was one of the most passionate and sensual evenings of his life.

By the time Sarawat dropped him home, Tine was completely exhausted yet undeniably delighted with how the date turned out. He fell asleep immediately after feeding Gigi 12, and by the time he woke up, Fong, Ohm, and Phuak were already at his place.

"We've been sitting here for twenty minutes and you still haven't told us anything," Fong finally blurted out, unable to hold it in any longer.

They were in the living room, having a Fear Street movie marathon, but Tine was trying to steer them away from the real purpose of their visit. He knew his friends wanted to discuss his relationship with Sarawat.

Tine pretended not to hear him and stuffed his mouth with more popcorn. "I'd tell you if I knew, this is also the first time I've seen this movie."

"That's not what I'm talking about and I know you know that!" Fong hissed, snatching the popcorn from his hands.

Tine fluttered his eyelashes at Fong, but his attempt at distraction failed as both Ohm and Phuak focused on him expectantly. He grinned, "We've decided to take our relationship to the next level."

Phuak stared, dumbfounded. "What does that mean?"

Ohm shot him an exasperated look. "Dude, you really need to get laid. It's like you've turned into a virgin again!"

"What does that have to do with anything?"

"It means he slept with him," Ohm explained bluntly.

Phuak gasped dramatically. "YOU SLUT!"

Fong waved a dismissive hand at him and turned back to Tine, getting to the heart of the matter. "So... you two are together now, right?"

"Uh-huh," Tine grinned and nodded.

"Like, together, together?"

"More like together and exploring a longer-term commitment."

Ohm winced. "Why are you making it sound like you're gonna be best bros forever?"

Fong lightly tapped him on the head, and Tine immediately fell silent. Sitting beside Tine, Fong asked, "Are you sure about this? Don't you think you're moving too fast?"

Tine was taken aback by Fong's reaction. Among his friends, Fong had always been the most supportive and had never expressed any doubts about Sarawat. In truth, Tine himself had harbored uncertainties, sensing that Sarawat might be hiding something. But after last night, any doubts he had vanished; it had been an amazing evening.

"I thought you'd be more excited..." Tine trailed off.

Fong smiled gently. "Of course, I'm excited. I just don't want you to repeat the same mistakes you made with Kyle."

"It won't be like Kyle," Tine insisted. "Sarawat is different."

Fong studied him for a moment. Tine's eyes sparkled with happiness, and he seemed to radiate joy. "You really are in love with him, aren't you?"
