Guitar Strings || L.H.

3. reasons

I walked into the music center and went to the rack of guitar strings. I didn't have much money so I grabbed the cheapest one there, knowing that it will probably break in a couple weeks.

After paying for the strings I began to walk towards the exit but luke stopped me.

"Renae, where are you going? It's tuesday." He stated.

"Its Reyna you idiot." I corrected him. "And my guitar is broken, remember? 'Wow you can't play guitar and you can't tune it. Good job Reyna.' " I reminded him of what he said on Saturday.

"Well then let me fix it." He suggest. "I know how."

"Ugh, fine." I sighed handing him the guitar. I didn't really want to stay because he didn't help me at all last time. I am planning on maybe getting a new teacher.

He grabbed my guitar and my guitar string and began walking to the teaching area. I follow lazily behind him. We sat down at our seats and I watched him fix my guitar which took about 5 minutes.

''Here ya go.'' He said handing me my guitar. I expected him to start playing it like last time.

''Thanks.'' I said grabbing it from his grip. I began to strum the guitar strings.

''Why do you even want to play guitar, this clearly isn't your talent.'' Luke stated.

''Well I was hoping I would get a good teacher so that it could become my talent but instead I'm stuck with you.'' I spat.

''Well don't blame me. I hate teaching people things, I think they should learn them selves just like I did.'' He defended him self.

''Well if you hate teaching so much then why are you here?" I questioned.

''I got in trouble and this is another one of my moms terrible punishments.'' He explains. ''She is weird.''

''What did you do then.'' I wondered.

''I got drunk one night and puked all over the kitchen and then broke my moms favorite picture of the family.'' He explained. Wow...

''Oh wow. You are horrible.'' I insulted in a kinda nice way. I'm weird. I began to strum my guitar again.

''Hey ash.'' Luke smiled. I turned around to see Ashton pulling a chair out and sitting next to luke.

''Hi.'' Ashton greeted back. ''Oh and uh hey.'' He looked at me. I just smiled and continued my activity. ''Luke, why am I even here?" He groaned.

''Well I don't want to be stuck alone with her. She is so boring.'' He glanced over to me and i rolled my eyes.

''So what, why don't you just ditch you idiot.'' Ashton suggested.

''I dunno.'' He shrugged looking over at me.

''Oh you just want to be with renae.'' Ashton laughed.

''Its reyna you fucker.'' I corrected him. Ashton gave me a dirty look.

''No! That's the last thing I would want to do!" Luke defended himself.

''Then let's go Lucas.'' Ashton began getting up and Luke did too. My mouth dropped. He was actually leaving? What a bitch.

They began to walk away and Luke looked back at me and mouthed 'sorry' but I just flipped him off and got up, walking out of the store.
