Reynas POV

I walked into my apartment and lazily plopped onto my bed. I was so tired and honestly I don't want to go to Lukes house but I would feel bad if I didn't show up.

Wait, how is Luke even gonna text me? He doesn't have my number...

I guess I'm not going. Yay.

My happiness was interrupted when I got a text from an unknown number.

Unknown -- hey its Luke

Me -- hi and how did you even get my # ?

Luke -- calum

Me -- I didn't know u were friends with calum...

Luke -- I'm not

Me -- oh lol that sounded rude.

Luke -- Ik, I'm a rude person lol

Me -- I've noticed, anyways why'd u text meh?

Luke -- well, that was rude

Me -- lol Ik but srsly

Luke -- BC my mom still wants u to come over tonight...sadly

Me -- sadly? What is that supposed to mean?

Luke -- idk but here is the address

Luke sent me the address and i sighed. I really didn't want to go but there is no escaping. Well I could lie but I am horrible at lies. Then i would have no excuse when Luke finds out I'm lying.

I began to get ready, taking a quick shower and grabbing a pair of shorts and a blue blouse. I slipped on my white converse and blow dried my hair, putting it in a braid.

I grabbed my keys and walked out of my apartment and into my car.

***Lukes house***

I finally found Lukes house. It was very difficult because I have never been to this neighbor hood before.

I grabbed my phone and got out my car, walking up the path to Lukes front door. I knocked lightly and no one answered so I knocked again. Still no answer.

Me -- answer the fucking door

Luke -- rude...

I heard footsteps getting louder as Luke came closer to the door opening it.

''Hi.'' he mumbled holding the door open so I could get inside.

''Hey.'' I mumbled back walking into Lukes big house. I didn't know where to go so i stood there until Luke would tell me what to do or where to go. But he didn't, he just stared at me.

''Oh hello!" Lukes mother greeted giving me a hug.
''You are just in time, come sit down.''

I followed her into the dining room where there sat a man who looked similar to Luke so I was guessing he is Lukes dad.

''Who is this?" He asked quite rudely. Lukes mother gave him a death glare.

''Honey don't be rude. This is reyna, the girl Luke always talks about.'' She explained. I felt my cheeks heat up and I looked at Luke who was on his phone.

''I've never heard of her.'' He huffed. ''And I'm not being rude, I was just asking.''

Lukes mother went over to her husband and whispered something in his ear and he frowned.

''I'm not!" He yelled. ''I don't even know who this girl is and you invite her into our house. What if she is a killer or something Liz?"

''She is not a killer!" Liz yelled back. ''Andrew, you need to stop being so rude when we have a guest over.'' I stood there awkwardly.

''Well, maybe you should get to know someone before yo-'' Luke intterupted his father.

''Can you just be quiet dad.'' Luke asked. ''You always have a problem with the guests that we have. You are very rude.''

''Shut up Luke.'' Andrew spat. ''No one asked you to talk.''

''Ugh, can we just eat.'' Luke rolled his eyes. ''You guys always argue. We can never have a normal dinner.''

''Lucas, will you just shut up?!" Andrew yelled.

''That's not even my name.'' Luke spat.

''Shut the fuck up.'' Andrew mumbled. ''I don't give a shit.''

''Uh, maybe I should leave..'' I awkwardly said.

''Yeah, you should.'' Andrew agreed.

''Andrew!" Liz yelled. ''What the hell?! Reyna you can stay, don't listen to him.''

''No leave.'' Andrew stated. Well now I know where Luke gets his rudness from.

''Shut up dad.'' Luke spat. ''She can stay if she likes.''

''No she can't, this isn't her house.'' He huffed.

I awkwardly stood there. ''Uh I'm gonna go now.''

''I'm so sorry reyna.'' Liz apologized. I smiled at her and waved good bye.

''Ugh I hate this family.'' Luke mumbled stomping up the stairs.

''Me too.'' Andrew yelled back. I knew it wasn't a good idea to come here....

I walked out of the house and got into my car.

Luke -- sorry about that, my family is annoying

Me -- its fine, I kinda wasnt hungry anyways...

Luke -- oh

I turned off my phone and drove home.
