as for the mendes family, they all slid into sadness. shawn's mother was always in a bad mood, either it was her crying or her yelling, it was never a pretty sight. as for shawn's dad? he ran away. he ran away from canada to only god knows where. and aaliyah, shawn's younger sister? she slipped into depression. her brother and her were undeniably close and loosing him was so hard.
