In an Eternity long forgotten....
In a city above the skies, lay the domain of the Gods and there, a battle has just been won. "ZEUS!" Ares, The God of War Screamed at the God of Gods. "Your forces have lost and your kin have been defeated. Accept my deal and leave the Earth Alone!"
"Fool" Says the God of Lightning on his stead, looking down on Ares. "You wish for me to give up my powers for mere mortals!?" says Zeus
Ares replied, "Yes! The Other Gods have already agreed, Hades, Cronos, Hermes, Athena and even myself! We will live on in royalty and glory forever, just without the power to harm Humanity."
Zeus walked down from his seat and asked, "So, If I refuse, you will kill me? The God of Gods?. "
"I have a feeling you have already reached your answer." Ares said.
"Then you are right. I won't surrender my power for a bunch of mortals" Zeus Replied
"Then you leave me no choice!"Ares says as he takes out a box and opens it. The Box and the stones inside were crafted by the Great Goddess Athena who understood why this was necessary and crafted it by her own hand for Ares to use.
Suddenly, Zeus's heavenly power fell into the box and split into 2 stones. The Yellow stone contained Zeus's power of Lightning and Thunder. The White Stone contained the very essence of Zeus, his unbridled power, which made him the God of Gods.
Ares takes the White stone and says, "You wouldn't have turned to a stone if you had listened to me. You would have lived in your Glory and riches like all the other Gods and yet you choose this." Ares took an empty stone from the box and focused onto it. The stone then took away Ares's power of War and stored it inside itself.
Ares looked down and took the White stone and threw it onto Earth. He then took the box and threw it onto some other part of the Earth. Ares looks back to the Beautiful Earth and says,
"Let that which came from this world, Go back to this world"
And walks back to the Olympian Courtyard.
Day 8
It took 2 days for the cleaning crew to clean up the mess left by James versus Seno and Serani. 2 Whole days, William thought, planned, practised, Prepared. He knew, no matter what happens, James had the power to kill him off. Then one night, he'd planned the perfect way to end this.
The Colosseum was lined with an orchestra among the crowd. When the clock struck 9 AM and James Mrakilin walked into the Arena, The Drums struck, the violinist played and the trumpets were blown. The Orchestra Fit for a King that had just come back to the people. The music was glorious, giving everyone who listened to the music chills across their skin.
The Music stopped and William walked out. The crowd had mixed reactions to his entry. Some were content and some were distraught that William had hid this big of a truth from them and somewhere confused whether William even knew the Truth about James being the Unknown contender to begin with.
Regardless, William walks in front of James.
"Let's make a deal" William tell James
"What deal?" James asked
William replied, "We have a best of 2 rounds in fights. First round, Just our own rings. Second round, Split the 6 rings, not the white, between us two and we fight. Or, are you scared that you'd lose?"
James laughed almost hysterically and stopped. "This is fucking hilarious but lets do it. Lets fucking BALL!" The crowd goes wild! And as the announcer explains the 2 round system to the public, William and James warm up and get ready. "William's power, the ability to control, summon, imbue and freely manipulate Lightning. It's not much but the way he uses it, It could prove to be dangerous." James thinks to himself
3, 2, 1, FIGHT!
William starts off first, Generating a huge lightning bolt in his hands and throwing the bolts towards James. James dodges them quickly. "This is easy." James thought to himself. Suddenly, William turns his hands and the lightning bolt changes trajectory, aiming straight for James's new standing.
James is shocked and before he could move to a new location, the bolt strikes him, pushing him into the wall. "FUCK!" James shouts.
William comes in dashing, ready to punch James into the wall more but James Dashes away and sends Air blades towards William who blocks it with a bolt of lightning.
James tries to rocket punch William but William dodges the attacks and shocks James by touching his chest. As it was happening, James fires a Less powerful version of the One-hit Rokio towards William, who doesn't expect the attack. William flies up into the air from the attack.
James uses his skill to speed up the air below himself to jump and fly into the sky. As James gets closer to William's body, he is tricked thinking William was incapacitated for a moment and so, William unleashes a fury of Lightning in the sky towards James. James falls towards the ground from the lightning attack, almost unconscious.
William surrounds himself with lightning and laughs, proclaiming himself the victor. But then he notices the sand in the arena starting to twirl around. It was as if a tornado was forming. That's when William realised, He doesn't know where James Mrakilin is, James had done something. James had used the maximum power of his skill to create a sand Tornado around William. William could not see a thing in the sand tornado that he was in the middle of.
William attacked blindly at anything that moved around him but then he heard James's voice shouting at him, "HEYY! DOWN HERE!" William looks down now, at James, who's holding a One-Hit Rokio, ready in his hands. He releases it and William blocks himself with Lightning. The Rokio didn't do much damage to William but as soon as he opened his eyes, James Threw himself towards William, landing a Punch at William's face so hard that William fell to the ground.
As William fell to the ground and tried to get back up, James came flying in and landed next to William and pointed his hands in the One-Hit Rokio Sign. "Trust me, Don't get back up," James said. William's arms had lightning all over them and just as the crowd expected them to fight, William stopped his lightning and accepted defeat this round
"This round means nothing to me. The second round, with those rings, that's when I Kill him" William thought to himself.
"You didn't go all out. I'm heartbroken" James told Williams
William laughs slightly. "Shut up and get ready for the next round" William replied
James and William now stood in front of each other, ready to bet on the rings. "You can go first" James told William who nodded. William starts off, "I'll take your ring James"
James laughs, he knew William would ask for his ring. "Sure, Sure. Then I'll take your ring." William cheekily said, "Of course. For my second ring, I'll take...Serani's Creation ring."
James looked a bit disturbed but replied, "I see. I'll take Arcano's Time Control ring".
William then said, "I'll take Seno's Hades ring" and finally James took Ares's ring since it was the only one left.
