Macaque's pov
I woke up from a deep sleep and stretched on the bed. I got out from under the covers and sat on the end of the bed. Yesterday, when Wukong came back, he was shocked by how clean the house was and thanked me for cleaning it and then told me how it was at the meeting. Apparently his friends want to catch me, but luckily for me they are looking for me far from where I am. They only talked about insignificant nonsense and politics. In short, there was nothing interesting.
I wanted to get out of bed, but instead of simply getting up, I fell to the ground. Due to this fall, I immediately woke up completely. I looked at my hands... Fuck, I had paws instead of hands. I blinked my eyes a few times to make sure I wasn't hallucinating. But unfortunately I saw well. Suddenly I heard someone's footsteps. I don't know why, but I immediately hid under the bed. The door opened and I looked at the person's shoes. I immediately recognized the red monkey. He called my name once and when he noticed I was gone, he said to himself that he might have expected it. I rolled my eyes and waited for him to leave the room. I quickly walked on all fours to the bathroom. I climbed onto the toilet and then onto the sink and looked in the mirror. But I didn't see myself there... I saw a six-eared cat with one white eye with a scar on it, and stripes on its back in the colors of my standard clothes.
I opened my eyes wider in disbelief and then jumped down from the sink on all fours in shock. What is going on here? I left the bathroom and ran around the house looking for Wukong. I didn't see him anywhere until I heard his voice outside the window. I nimbly jumped onto the windowsill and looked out the window. Wukong and his student had just had their daily training. I grabbed the window with my paws and pulled it up. I managed to lift them enough to be able to climb out through them. I quickly walked to a tree and climbed it so that they wouldn't notice me. I stopped only on one of the higher branches and watched them from among the leaves.
I waited on this tree for about an hour but finally the training was over. Wukong just walked Mk away and then calmly headed home. I wanted to get down from the tree then, but I accidentally slipped and fell from it, and as everyone says that cats always land on their feet, it's not true. I fell straight onto my back and let out a long groan of pain. Then I heard someone's footsteps and after a while a red monkey was standing above me, creating a shadow over me. He smiled warmly at me and spoke up
-What are you doing here, little one? - I wanted to answer him with something sarcastic, but only meows came out of my mouth - You're probably lost, right? Come, I'll take you to my place - he lifted me gently into his arms and took me home. It annoyed me that they treated me like some little lost kitten. Even though I kept hissing at him, he still smiled warmly at me - You must be hungry, little one, right? - He put me on the kitchen counter and looked into the fridge - Wait a minute, I'll find you something to eat in a moment - after a while of searching, he took out chicken legs from the fridge . I looked at him meaningfully and when he understood this, he put them back in the fridge.
He wanted to take something else out of the fridge, so I immediately jumped at his hand. He bent it slightly, then flipped me back onto the counter and, finally realizing what I meant, closed the fridge. He laughed and stroked my head, telling me I was very smart for a cat. At that moment I felt like hitting my forehead with an open hand. I don't think I know a bigger idiot than him. When he didn't stop petting me, I raised my fur and bit his hand in anger. He immediately moved away from me and grabbed my hand. I smiled broadly and watched as he blew on the wound. It's a good thing that even in this form I have sharp fangs. After a while, Sun smiled again, making my smile fall.
- Haha, you don't bite badly, little one. - He approached me with a smile when I took a step back. Then he looked at me a little - I wonder where you got that scar on your eye... you must have experienced something terrible - He said a little sadly and I snorted in response. You did this to me, idiot! - And by the way... I've never seen a cat with six ears... you look awfully like - Here he stopped and straightened up, looking at me completely differently without that smile - Wait, wait... you... You're not Macaque, are you? - I meowed with visible irritation, giving him a sign that it was me - Why the hell are you a cat?! - As if I knew that! Uh, I'm talking to an idiot.
