Alyson

It is Leo's 15th birthday in 3 days and is the first one since he was little that I've actually been able to be there with him for. He hasn't really mentioned what he wants to do for it but I know it has to involve Lexi, she is all he has talked about. I'm so glad he has found someone since Ben. Considering it is his 15th not his 5th I will probably find something for just him and Lexi. I would like to spend it with him but I think he will enjoy it more with just him and her. While Leo was out playing basketball I gave Becky a call to see if Lexi knew what Leo wanted to do for his birthday.
"Hey Becky, I was just calling to see if Lexi had any idea for what she and Leo wanted to do for his birthday." I asked Becky when she answered the phone.
"I will ask her when she gets back, she is out at the moment." Becky replied,
"Okay, thank you," I thanked her, "do you fancy going for a coffee this afternoon?" I asked her because I knew Leo would be out all afternoon playing basketball.
"Sure!" Becky replied.

Lexi

Watching Leo play basketball was the best thing ever. His hair was flopping in front of his eyes as he ran through the courts. It felt so surreal. I was sat on the bench watching him, and he came jogging over to me and sat down next to me. I could hear his panting and could see his forehead shining as he had been running around for so long.
"Like my hair?" Leo said sarcastically, he had slicked back his hair because it was all sweaty.
"Love it!" I laughed, "it would keep it out of your eyes." Leo laughed. He turned everything into a laugh, I loved that about him.
"You should give it a go." Leo suggested, as he passed the ball to me.
"Okay, I will." I agreed, standing up and attempting to dribble the ball, it didn't really work out. Leo smirked, I smirked back.
"You are gonna take some teaching." Leo shouted to me across the basketball courts.

He started by teaching me to dribble the ball. For some background information, I had NO experience with basketball. So you can't really blame me, Leo knew this but he still teased me about it.
"No hold your hand like this." Leo showed me how to do it, eventually I got it, but I wasn't the best at it."Okay let's try something new now."  I wondered what it was.

Before I knew it I saw him walking towards me and placed the ball in my hands,
"I know for sure you can do this." I assured me, for some reason I thought he was being serious and was actually teaching me something, but of course he was having a joke because he is just Leo. He took my hand and guided me towards the shorter  basketball hoops. He started laughing as thought he was up to something. He walked slowly behind me, I felt him place his hands on my waist and I slowly rose up from the floor.
"Lift your arms up and shoot." Leo laughed, he thought he was so funny,
"Ha ha." I said sarcastically, he walked closer to the basketball hoop and I put the ball through it.
"Well done! You are such a pro!" He exclaimed excitedly, I thought he was going to put me down but instead he started to spin me round.
"Ahhhhh." I screamed with a big smile of my face, it was so fun. Leo laughed as he put me down and kissed me.
"No but actually, you have done really well today." He said genuinely, I have known Leo long enough now to know if he is being genuine or not.

Leo

I really enjoyed teaching Lexi to play basketball, we would finally have an activity to do in common.
"You wanna head home now?" Lexi asked me, she looked tired. I nodded. But first we went back over to the bench to get our stuff. I sat down and Lexi put her comfy looking hoodie on. She sat next to me and laid down on me.
"You okay?" I asked her, she nodded. With in minutes of sitting there I looked inside her hood and she was asleep.  She looked gorgeous, my very own sleeping beauty. I put my arm round her and hugged her. During this time I just went on my phone, I didn't want to wake her so I tried not to move much. My phone started ringing, but it didn't wake Lexi,
"Hello, when will you be home?" It was my mum,
"I'm not sure." I hadn't told her I was seeing Lexi.
"Well where are you?" She asked me,
"At the basketball courts." I answered her. "Can I bring Lexi home with me?"
"Yeah sure. I'm out with Becky right now so I will tell her." I was so relieved when she said yes. "Okay see you later."
"Bye." I ended the phone call as Lexi started to move around.
