Years ago
Silas was woken up by the sun shining into his tent flaps. He rolled over groaning, annoyed by the sudden awakening.

He had fell asleep only 5 hours earlier after deciding he wanted to explore a little more.

Silas decided he might as well wake up. He sluggishly stood and walked over to the chair in the corner of the tent, where all his day clothes laid. Dressing in his black vest and white shirt, aswell as his handkerchief around his neck, he pulled his hood over his head and began to walk to the center of the campsite.

Looking around, he realized he was one of the last ones to wake up, completely his fault.

He walked to get some berries left over from breakfast before he felt someone behind him.

"Hello Pan." He murmured with berry juice spilling over his lips.

He heard Pan chuckle before a hand reached to grab his chin softly, pulling his face around.

"Hello laddie," Pan used his thumb to wipe the juice from Silas' bottom lip, "after your finished, I will be needing you to follow me." He dropped his hand back to his side.

Silas just nodded as Pan gave a small smile and walked away.

When he finished his berries, he followed Pan to the edge of the camp. Where Pan led him to a small tree house.

Pan gave a small smile before he shouted at the small home

"Tinkerbell! Come down here Darling."

A woman a couple sizes smaller than Silas appeared at the edge of the small balcony.

"Ah! Peter! I was wondering when you would come back!" She was wearing full green clothing like Pans. Her blonde hair was in a top knot at the top of her head. She smiled at Pan brightly before noticing the smaller boy standing a little behind him.

"And who have you brought with you?" She made her way down to the ground.

"This is my new Lost Boy, isn't he a cute little thing?" She watched Peter wrapped his arm around the boys shoulder, before the boy softly pushed his arm off him. She could see the small amount of tension between them building.

"Touch me again, Pan, and I will cut out your tongue." The boy muttered under his breath.

"Love, this is my best mate, Tinkerbell. But I tend to call her Tink." He smiled at the smaller boy, loving how he talked back.

"Hello Tinkerbell" the boy kept his emotions off his face as he looked at the woman.

She walked over and started circling the boy. She sized him up, made mental notes about his posture, and watched how he would subtly look at Peter for an answer.

She understood why Peter introduced him now. She could see it.

"Can you stop circling me now." He demanded

"Right, of course sweetheart. It was lovely to meet you though. Peter, I have work that needs to be done so I will see you both later, hm?"

Pan nodded and gave her a kiss on the forehead. "Of course, darling. I will see you around." Then he turned, nodded for Silas to follow, and headed to a new part of the island.

As they walked quietly, something bugged Silas. He looked at Pan before softly clearing his throat, "so, she your girlfriend?"

Pan chuckled as he shook his head.

"Of course not. I saved her life when she first appeared on my island. Poor girl almost got caught by the mermaids when she first arrived. She's one of my greatest allies."

Silas look at Pan and nodded, finally glade that his heart stopped beating so fast.

"Now, let's go on an adventure!" Pan grabbed Silas's hand and pulled him along.

Starting the adventure of a lifetime
