And in the next two days there was an entire array of spices in the Phantomhive courtyard. Finny and Baldroy were outside dragging everything inside with Sebastian, as Mey-Rin and Lucas helped set up the spices inside. Grabbing each bag and bringing it into the kitchen, and cutting them open for Sebastian to begin immediate preparation.

"All these spices for making curry?? Oh my stomach could nevah"
Mey-Rin exclaimed as she let down a bag onto the floor.
"I say, I think Sebastians gone a bit mad. I have no idea how you could blend all of these together cohesively"
Mey-Rin knelt down and attempted to cut open the bag like others. Finicking with the knife in place, trying to get it into the right groove. For some reason this bag wasn't opening as easily as the others. Mey-Rin grimaced at the bag, trying to open it, struggling openly.
"Is something the matter?" Lucas inquired
"I can't get this dumb...bag...open!" She replied frustratedly as he started stabbing the bag until there was a hole in it. Lucas came around and investigated.
"Mey-Rin..."
"Yes?"
She looked up at him from her crouched position as he had a smirk on his face.
"The bag is upside down"
"Eh?!" She looked at the bag before stepping back and seeing it indeed was upside down. None the matter though as the bag had steadied itself fine and there already was a hole in it. So they decided not to change it.
After all the spices were in. The servants all went about their duties. Meanwhile the guests and Earl Phantomhive played cards at the table. As Lucas moved to the door to leave and go hang around Mey-Rin, he was stopped.
"Lucas, would you mind helping me with something?" Sebastian asked
"Oh, yes, what is it Mister Sebastian?"
Sebastian approached Lucas as he took off his coat and handed it to him
