Prologue part 2

First person POV, Shao Ip
After a successfully assassinating Robert De Blanca, I took the delivery tubes from Atlas and down to Mantle and meet up with my fellow assassins in Mantle. I meet up with Robyn Hill and her Happy Huntresses, they make up assassin cell in Mantle.

Robyn: Hey, kid. Good to see you in one piece.

Me: Hey, Robyn.

Robyn: I heard the things from top side. I assume the mission was success?

Me: *takes out a feather soaked in Robert's blood* Robert De Blanca is dead. He won't be controlling the world's dust any time soon.

Robyn: *takes the blood soaked feather* Excellent work. Now, what are your plans now?

Me: Normally I would return to Mistral, but I must go to Vale and speak with the mentor. She says it's urgent.

Robyn: Aw, that's such a shame. You know, Fiona's really gonna miss you.

Me: *turns away slightly blushing* I'll keep that in mind.

Robyn: *giggles* Anyway, see yah kid.

Me: *waves* See yah, Robyn.

I left Robyn.

Third person
Cuts to the bureau of the Vale Assassins where the mentor is waiting for Ip. The mentor in question was wearing white hooded cloak, while wearing her hood which obscured most of her head.

Ip: *enters the mentor's office and kneels* Master.

The Mentor: Ip, please. No need to be so formal.

Ip: *stands up* Right, please forgive me.

The Mentor: *giggles* It's quite alright. Now, I'm sure you have some questions about why I called you here.

Ip: Yes I do. What's this urgent matter you have for me?

The Mentor: According to our man on the inside, he's been reporting Templar activities in Vale. Most notably an increase of recent dust shop robberies. Roman has been filling us in with information to the identities of three of these Templars.

Ip: What are their names?

The Mentor: *Pulls up photos* Emerald Sustrai. Green haired cat burglar of the bunch. Known for her semblance of hallucinations. The grey haired boy is Mercury Black. He's the son of rogue assassin, Marcus Black.

Ip: Which means he has some knowledge of our skills.

The Mentor: Indeed. And finally, the one that's pulling the strings. Cinder Fall. We don't know much about her but she seems to possess powers that we have never seen. These three have been hunting down assassins all over Vale and we need to stop them.

Ip: What do you suppose I should do?

The Mentor: I need you to infiltrate Beacon Academy as a student there. Ozpin has already arranged your transcripts and the next ship to Beacon will be in the morning. Gather as much information about the whereabouts of these three and if you can find them and their associates. Bring them peace.

Ip: Yes, master.

The Mentor: And one more thing. If can, please find recruits to the order. Our numbers in Vale are dwindling. I suggest you look into any students from Beacon and if possible exchange students from Atlas, Vacuo, and Mistral.

Ip: Very well, master.

The Mentor: Please, enough with the formality. We've been good friends since you joined the brotherhood.

Ip: Right. Forgive me, Summer.

(Yes, Summer Rose is alive in this story)

The Mentor, now named Summer, smiles as Ip walks to his quarters. Waiting for the next day for his assignment.
