The Flashback

It has been 13 years since I have been thrown into my favourite anime and it has been a roller coaster, Sigh!. You must all be wondering how did I ended up here. Well I was an ordinary girl living an ordinary life before I was hit by a truck while on my way back to my home. I thought I died, but the divine voice from the clouds said otherwise.

Flashback!!!

I was heading back to home from my college, when I was hit by a truck. The anxiety I felt when I woke up in a strange place was clearly visible on my face. There was no ground , I was floating yet was standing mid air. The space was vast, there was white light everywhere I franatically looked around trying to find a way out of here.

Where was I ? Am I dead????. The memories from the accident came rushing back to me. I suddenly realised I was probably dead and was in the afterlife. Is this how the heaven looks? There is nothing around here. I walked a distance trying to find some kind of path towards wherever it led, but everywhere I went, it was the same.

Where are you headed child? The sudden voice made me stop. I turned around sharply, " who?". I asked , the voice spoke again " Doesn't matter who I am , I could be anyone. I blinked at his vague reply " Am I dead?", I asked him softly.

Maybe , maybe not. His another vague answer made me annoyed. "What does that supposed to mean?" I said firmly. He chuckled at my response Well.....aren't you impatient?. I folded my arms over my chest, clearly irritated " Can you please stop giving these vague answers". The voice chuckled again fine...You are not dead, but you are not still quite alive. Let's just say you are somewhere in the middle.

What the.....????. "I don't..... understand " , I said confused. You have been chosen. Chosen? " For what exactly". Your death was untimely, you weren't supposed to die.... yet here you are!. So I have decided to give you another chance at life. I looked at where the voice was coming from with a skeptical look.

"So?", I asked trying to know where this conversation was going.
I have decided to send you to your favourite anime. I perked up at this, my favourite anime as in, oh...My God!!!!. "Naruto????". I said excitedly. The voice chuckled again yes, Naruto.

"But what am I supposed to do after I am reborn there", I asked frowning. That's for you to decide, But remember DO NOT DO ANYTHING THAT COMPLETELY CHANGES THE COURSE OF THE STORY. I nodded. You'll be born as the daughter of the nine tailed fox, it'll take a year for your human form to develop and for you to completely tame your powers.
I nodded again digesting everything.

Its time for you to go now....good luck on your new journey. That was the last words I heard before the space before me started spinning and I fell into an endless abyss. Fuck!! I wanted to ask him so many questions. The space darkened and my vision began to falter before complete darkness enveloped me.

When I woke up again, I tried to stand up but couldn't. I looked around, noticing that I was in a forest, under a big tree. I noticed my tiny hand and my little form. I am a baby? Does that mean it's already been a year since I have died. Shit!! It feels like only some hours have passed. I am already in my human form, wait.....what am I supposed to do now? I can't even WALK! How am I supposed to go anywhere.

A rustle from the leaves made me alert. Shit!!! Is that some wild animal or maybe some shinobi...fuck fuck fuck I am going to die again, and I am not even born properly. The noise came again and this time two shinobi stepped out from behind the bushes. I couldn't see properly as I was just a baby!!! (😭).

" Hey! Is that a child in the middle of the forest???", a voice asked
I immediately looked around and was met with two pair of eyes. It was a ohh....a leaf village shinobi. I internally smirked. " What is this child doing out here in this forest....and she looks like only months old". The shinobi said to his partner, " looks like someone left her here....on purp..ose." The other one hummed agreeing.

I looked at them curiously what will they do now?? "Strange, she has the most unusual, brightest orange eyes I have ever seen". The second one said looking at me closely. Orange eyes? Wow. " How do you know she is left here...maybe someone will come back to take her?". The first one looked at his partner, the other shook his head in no " look, she is neatly folded in a cloth and who would leave a barely month old child in the middle of the forest??".

The first one agreed nodding his head. " Should we search her cloth, maybe we'll find something?". They agreed on this idea and carefully searched the cloth I was wrapped in. They won't find anythi..... What is a piece of paper doing in my cloth?. "What does it say", " Akiyama Kaya". What???? "Is that her name?". Is that my name???? Akiya...ma Kaya.. I smiled hearing my name. " Look she smiled hearing her name". They looked at me with a smile.

They finally decided to bring me with them to konoha. " The Hokage will know what to do with her". The other nodded. After a while, we finally reached our destination. The gates of the konoha came into my vision finally!!!.

They went to the Hokage tower, I could sense everyone's gaze on me wait.....how could I ? ohh...my powers. They reported their mission and told the third hokage that I was found in the middle of the forest. The Hokage looked at me and I looked up at him Hiruzen Sarutobi.... I smiled once again seeing him.

I can't believe I am really here, in the leaf village talking to the third Hokage. Seeing me smile, The third Hokage also gave a small smile. " What a cute kid", he said looking at the two shinobis. "I'll personally go and gave her in the village's orphanage. Orphanage.....sigh!!. " Did this kid just sighed", the Hokage asked. I immediately cursed internally , the two other looked at me, but I just stared back with innocent eyes.

The Hokage muttered something about" I am getting too old!". The other two chuckled , bowing they left. The Hokage looked at me again " Akiyama Kaya huh! What a strange....." He trailed off as I will know what he is trying to say. Scoffs!! ( Internally). "Kaya means Restoration".

I looked up at him with curiousity , he smiled at me.

And that's how I came into the leaf village.
