Hikari yelled as she entered her home, Sebasu greeted her by the door with hachi standing beside him, scanning her mother as she was drenched in sweat. "Welcome back home, Mi-"
"MOMMYYY!" A young child exclaimed as she ran to her mother, her hair bouncing while sprinting. "WELCOME BACK!" she greeted as she jumped to her mother, connecting her stomach to her mother's face, which made the grown woman let out a sound of surprise.

"Pfft- Kikoru!" Hachi laughed as kikoru grabbed her mother's hair, careful not to pull too hard. "Come now, kikoru. Your mother is too exhausted to-" Isao spoke, followed by a scream from his wife as she gripped the youngest shinomiya's little arms "YAHHHH!"
"YOU'VE DONE IT NOW, GOSH DARN IT!!" Hikari began swinging her daughter in a circular motion as little kikoru could only laugh. "HAVE YOU BEEN A GOOD GIRL, YA LITTLE SCAMP?!" Hikari joyfully exclaimed, spinning her daughter over and over as she wore a big smile on her face. The father and eldest child could only sigh and laugh at their antics, being the two cool-headed shinomiya's in their family in contrast to the two energetic members in front of them.

"Today, Guess what? We watched tv in the shelter! and Everyone said you were cool, mommy!" Kikoru said, making hikari's eye widen as she stopped spinning her daughter around like a ragdoll.
"No one was hurt?" The mother asked, gaze-focused on the child in her hands. "Nope!" Kikoru answered, a big smile plastered on her face. Her older sister watched them in the corner, wearing a warm smile, hoping they'd stay like this forever. "That's great news!" Their mother exclaimed, flashing them the brightest smile ever.
