episode 425 — black impact! the moment the black organization reaches out
"Chianti. Korn. Time to work."
Suzume's eyes snapped open as she shot upright, panting and running a hand through her sweat-soaked hair.
"Suzume?" Hiro blinked. "What's wrong?"
She looked at him and his eyes widened at the haunted look in her brown eyes. "I've got a bad feeling about the next few days, Hiro," she whispered as he handed her a towel. "And I think it has to do with them."
He clenched his jaw. "I'll let Shuichi know. You get ready to go out with Ran and Kogoro-san." He paused and sighed. "What makes you think it's them?"
"Chianti and Korn."
"Fuck it all," he groaned. "Those are two of the Organization's snipers. If you had a dream with them, then we've got to expect something big."
Suzume swallowed, staring down at her lap with pursed lips. Her stomach curled uncomfortably as she thought back to the heavy dread she felt when she woke up from her nap. She would never say it out loud, but she was terrified about what was to come.
A hand landing on her head made her snap out of her thoughts as she looked up to see Hiro smiling at her comfortingly.
"Don't worry too much about it," he said soothingly, leaning down and pressing a kiss on top of her head. "Just have fun with your girlfriend and her dad, okay?"
Failing to fight off a blush at his action, all Suzume could do was nod in agreement.

After Kogoro's short tenure on Okino Yoko's four minute cooking show as a guest, they decided to go and eat at the TV station's restaurant.
"The omelette-rice was also delicious," Kogoro said, taking a sip of his coffee.
"Mouri-san, sorry to have you wait!" Yoko called out as she made her way over to the table, another woman following behind her.
"Hey." He waved a hand.
Suzume blinked at the woman with Yoko. "Aren't you that reporter from the Sunday Evening News?" she asked curiously.
Yoko nodded. "Yeah. This is the announcer, Mizunashi Rena-san," she introduced.
"Nice to meet you." Rena bowed.
Kogoro adjusted his tie and cleared his throat. "I'm the famous detective, Mouri Kogoro."
"I'm his daughter, Ran. And this is—"
"Kudo Suzume," Rena finished, giving the Kudo a smile. "I've covered a few of the cases you've worked."
Suzume just nodded as Yoko lightly elbowed Rena's side.
"Wait, Yoko-chan, are we really going to ask the famous detectives for such a thing?" Rena murmured to her friend.
"It's fine. I'm sure Mouri-san and Kudo-san will be a big help," Yoko assured her.
"But..."
"Is there something troubling you?" Kogoro asked with a dumbly pleased look on his face that made Suzume sigh.
"Yes!" Yoko quickly said.
"Really, Yoko-chan," Rena sighed.

"A ding dong dasher?" Suzume echoed.
"You want me to catch who's behind it?" Kogoro asked in confusion.
