Taehyung feels comfortable to this guy somehow. 

The two talked for hours and hours, Taehyung sometimes find himself giggling, blushing and kicking his feet on the air. This abcd guy is really funny to him, as if they've known each other for a long time already.

"Hey, hey Jungkook-ah the fuck are you doing on your phone. You've been glued there for hours now." Yoongi stated as he spins himself on a gaming chair inside Jungkook's room.

"Aish, Namjoon hyung kept on pestering me, calling me that i should go to work on saturday which is tomorrow. You know i can't do that, its Taehyung's birthday." Jungkook irritatedly stood up from his couch as he yawns and stretch his arms and legs from sitting too long.

"As if the guy wants you there."

"Taehyung? Well his mom invited me, guess i have no choice plus, its a surprise."

"It was for real a surprise. If i were you Jungkook i would show up with a partner." Yoongi smirked and sticked out his tongue mocking his friend for being single.

"Fuck you? Why would i do that? Don't you think Taehyung knowing im single was a hundred percent advantage?!"

"Advantage for you, because you thought he still cares. I'll go now." Yoongi picked up his bag, and wore his hoodie then head outside.

Jungkook somehow processed what Yoongi just said. Could it be possible that Taehyung has already moved on? He felt that he can't do anything if it turns out to be that way.

But even there's only 1% left of chance, Jungkook believes that it is still a chance.

'No matter what happened, i have to risk everything now. I'll never be a coward anymore.'

Taehyung's birthday arrived and Jimin was the first one to greet him so he won't spoil the surprise for his friend.

"aarrgHh, Jiminaaaa let's just stay indoors. Mom would cook for us." Taehyung lazily persuade his best friend since he was still on his bed, whole body is covered with a thick comforter.

"no Taehyung no! we're not gonna waste your day today for just sleeping. Now go get up in there, wash up." Jimin went straight to his friend's cabinet looking for an outfit throwing it on the bed of the guy who's now showing a tantrum.

"What's so special today? I only get a year older." Taehyung got up mouth forms into a pout too annoyed at 9 am in the morning.

"You getting a year older, is the thing we should celebrate! Come on now, i have something for youuu. Eomeonni was already on the grocery."

'Am i literally waiting from a text of somehow i met on the internet a week ago, what is this attachment issues? i told abcd its my birthday today, its already afternoon he's still not greeting me.'

I'm currently on the mall with Jimin, both hands are full from the paperbags of different designer brands. Thank God I've saved quite enough before flying back here. I knew this would happen, window shoppings are my thing too. I only have a week to spend here, and im flying back to New Zealand.

The fact that I still don't get to see Jungkook around, I felt like i'd really lost my childhood friend for real now.
I might look like i've moved on and does not have any interest into seeing Jungkook but deep inside me was wondering and curious about his well being.

I just want to give him a hug and spend time with him the same way we bond, back when we were in college. I'm not considering my feelings now anymore, a part of me wants my friend back, a part of me regrets that i confess too early, thinking did i pressure him?

Or maybe he was too afraid to admit it to himself? Or should i just waited? Could there be a chance?

But now it was way too awkward to talk about or even open up to. As long as im already on the process of healing, everything's going to be fine.

"How about this one Tae? Should we get it on pink or purple? What do you think?"

"Taehyung?"

Taehyung snapped out from his little cloud when Jimin claps on his front.

"Oh, i was just sleepy what did you say again?"

"I was asking if which one are better" Jimin repeated as he raises both of the clothes on a hanger to show it to the other.

"This on the right." Taehyung replied, as he looks around pretending his looking for something.

"Why Taehyung, what's wrong? Are you okay?"

"I am, yes yes."

"You seem bothered. Don't worry we'll be going home at 5pm. Tell me what you still wanna do here now."

"No not anymore, let's head back home and order food."

"Okay then."

Jimin was aware of the ongoing surprise on Taehyung's house. He'd kept it on his mind since the morning, being extra careful about what he is saying to Taehyung to not spoil the surprise. Jimin also talked to their friends and they're currently on the younger's house preparing and setting everything up.

The car ride was gloomy. Taehyung doesn't feel like speaking so he turned on the speaker on Jimin's car connecting his phone on bluetooth.

"Taehyung seriously what's wrong. You're too quiet." Jimin asked as he hits the stirring wheel to the right carefully.

"I just thought about something minni."

"About what?."

"Jungkook.."

"What about him?.."

"I didn't hold any grudges back then even tho i know you also like him. Well used to like him." Taehyung let out a small laugh to lighten up the mood.

"Hold up, that was years ago. I moved on quite fast too since I've had my eyes on Yoongi he was way better, a thousand times better-"

"I'm not asking you to explain chill. Its fine, i respected your feelings too. Its not like i didn't get to confess to him? I also did right before leaving this country. But it also went to drain in seconds." Taehyung laughed, looking out on the windows car.

"So why so sudden tho? He slips to your mind."
