The next morning, Jacelyn arrived to school early. She wanted to meet up with Alexis. They started their new class in journalism today and heard the teacher, Mr.Henry is really strict on tardiness. Just as Jacelyn was heading off to class, she heard Alexis calling her name."Sorry I'm late. Devon took me out last night and got home after midnight." They were getting pretty serious.
They walked in class just as the bell rang. "Please students take your seats." Mr. Henry said. All students took their seats including Alexis and Jacelyn. "Okay these are the requirements for this class. Everyday bring a journal and pens. Each day, you will give me story and there will be a deadline. Today, I will put you in groups of four to work on the first project. Jacelyn, Alexis, Taylor and Maureen will work on the sports newspaper." Mr.Henry said. They love working on the sports. Taylor and Maureen was headed their way. "Are you two Jacelyn and Alexis?" Maureen and Taylor asked in unison. Jacelyn and Alexis nodded. "How about we exchange numbers and meet up on the weekends? Do that sound good?" Taylor suggested. They all switched phones and put their numbers in. "So we meet up after school and attend today's basketball game right?" Maureen said. Alexis and Jacelyn forgot there was a game. "See you later on gals. Look forward to working on this project together." Jacelyn said walking off.
While walking to her next class, she bumped into Jacques. "Wassup JayCee. I hope to see you at my game baby girl." He reminded her. Jacelyn definitely was going to be there now that its required to attend. "Of course baby. My journalism class is taking pictures and writing a story on the team." Jacelyn explained. The bell rang for the one minute left to get to class. "See you later babe." Jacques said as giving Jacelyn a kiss on the lips.
