Bridgette's POV:
I see the transporter open up around the same time that Marinette does. I watch in surprise as someone steps out of it. Whoever it was glanced at Marinette and said, "Please, help! You have got to help me."
"Who are you?" I asked. I looked at the teenager in amazement. Why did he seem so familiar? Had we met before? I shook my head, surely, I would remember if we had met. Why then, did he seem to be someone I might know?
I looked closer at him. His garments were strange. They were nothing like anything I had seen before, and I could see a small tear at the side of his jacket. I also noticed there was a capital L on the right side pocket. Interested, I smiled at him. He was young but afraid. I gasped at his appearance. It had been sudden, and he looked a lot like Adrien. Odd, he had the same blonde hair as Adrien, but his eyes were blue like Marinette's. Could he be a relative of theirs?
"Hi, miss, I was sent here to find help," The boy said. "Yes, but who are you?" Marinette asked. This time he answered without hesitation, "The name is Louis Stephen." "I believe you are Marinette, is that correct?" He asked. "yes, but what does that have to do with anything?" Marinette inquired. "Well, seeing as how you are my mother I figured it only made sense to find you," The boy stated. I couldn't help but notice he left off his last name. Why is that?
I could see Marinette was taken aback by his words. She looked at him in disbelief and shook her head. "Mother, but I am not married. I haven't any children, you must be mistaken," She said. "Ah, but you are mother, there is no doubt about it," He said. "okay, if I am your mother, then tell me, Louis, who is your father?" She asked him. "I am not sure," Louis remarked. "Not sure, but how is that possible?" Marinette wanted to know. "Look, Mother, I know not all there is to know about my family, but I know you are my mother. I also know I could use your help. I am sure you are the one up for the task." Louis added.
"Hey, Louis, where do you plan to take my girlfriend?" Adrien asked. "Who are you?" Louis asked. "I am Adrien Agreste, and Marinette is my girlfriend. So, again, I am asking you where do you intend to take her?" Adrien scowled. He looked annoyed at the lad. I laughed. The whole thing seemed rather amusing to me. Felix joined me. He thought the entire thing was a prank if not something meant to confuse Adrien and Marinette.
Louis smirked, "Ah, yes, I see, well, you need not worry. I will have her back faster than you can "Fit as a jug on a rug, beside a mug," five thousand times." I shook my head. Somehow, I had a bad feeling about this teen. He showed up out of nowhere, but now He expects Marinette to leave with him just like that. Who is he kidding? There is no way she will agree to such a ridiculous notion.
"Do you promise no harm will come to her?" Adrien asked. I could tell he was serious. "Yes, I promise. After all, she is my mother, and should something happen to her, I might cease to exist," Louis remarked. Adrien kissed Marinette, and she kissed him. Louis stood by with his arms crossed. He looked rather annoyed.
Adrien pulled away first, and Marinette wept. "I d-don't want to leave you," Marinette said. "Then, don't," Adrien said. "Come, on Mother, we must be going we have no time to lose," Louis said. He pressed something against Marinette's left cheek and she fell asleep.
Adrien looked angry. Felix held him back. I stood there feeling hopeless. I watched Louis press a button and he and Marinette disappeared. Adrien sobbed. "Marinette, please bring her back to me," I heard him plead.
Felix came and hugged me. I felt bad for Adrien. He was all shaken up about the whole ordeal. I would have been too if some stranger had taken Felix away. I could only imagine how Adrien felt now that this Louis person who had said where he was from had left with Marinette. The only clues we had were that he claimed to be her son, he was tall, looked like Adrien and Marinette, did not know his father, and wore peculiar clothes.
I left the room with Felix. I was sure that Adrien wanted to be left alone for a while. I could sense he was still all shaken up about Marinette. Not that I could blame him. Some stranger, named Louis, if that was even his name had practically kidnapped her.
