Chapter 2: Going Back

*Four days later*

"Huh, what, where am I?" Tejima said in a low tone. "See, you're finally awake," Raisaka said. "Who are you?" Tejima asked. "Oh, no one, just the guy who cared for you, that's all," Raisaka replied.

"How long was I out?" Tejima asked. "Four days," Raisaka replied. "Four DAYS?! Why didn't anyone wake me up?!" Tejima yelled. "You needed your sleep," Raisaka responded.

"Your muscles were torn to shreds." "What do you mean 'my muscles were torn to shreds'?" Tejima questioned.

"In your fight against that Unidentified CPA, you were moving so fast that your muscles started to tear themselves apart," Raisaka explained. "Wait, how do you know I fought a CPA?" Tejima asked.

"It was obvious, and also surveillance cameras," Raisaka explained. "Oh, by the way, what's your name?" Tejima asked.

"Raisaka. Raisaka Kashamori." "Raisaka?! THE Raisaka?! Raisaka Kashamori, the Strongest Grand Marshall?!" Tejima exclaimed in surprise.

"So, it seems you've heard of me before," Raisaka said. "Are you kidding? How can I not know the strongest Grand Marshall!" Tejima said excitedly.

"Well, I appreciate the compliment, but... I'm nowhere near the strongest," Raisaka said, a hint of disappointment in his voice.

*Awkward Silence*

"You'll be joining and attending the CPA academy once your muscles are fully healed," Raisaka said coldly. "What? Why?!" Tejima asked, confused.

"You have a CPA, so you need to learn how to use it properly," Raisaka said. "But what about college?!" Tejima asked, worried. "Your college days are over," Raisaka told him coldly. Tejima sat in disbelief. *Long silence*

"Alright," Tejima said, accepting the harsh reality. "But I have just one favor to ask. Will you be my sensei, Mr. Raisaka?" Tejima asked seriously. Raisaka gave Tejima a surprised look.

* Cuts to a Flashback Reo had with Raisaka*

Reo came back to the door. "Hey Mr. Raisaka? I've got a favor to ask." "Yeah sure, what is it?" Raisaka asked while running some scans.

"I want you to train Tejima. I want him to learn from the best," Reo told Raisaka, his voice sounding serious.

Raisaka looked at Reo in surprise. "...I'll see what I can do," Raisaka responded. "Thank you," Reo said appreciatively.

"Oh, shit! I'm going to be late for my next mission. Got to go!" Reo said, starting his run down the hallway. "Be careful out there!" Raisaka shouted. "I will!" Reo shouted back. "Man, kids these days," Raisaka said to himself.

*The Flashback ends*

"Sure," Raisaka said seriously. "Your training starts in four days. That should be plenty of time for you to recover." Raisaka said as he left the room.

Tejima stared after him, determination and uncertainty battling within him. While Raisaka's expression is unreadable.

*The Next Morning*

"Tejima! Wake up." Raisaka said standing over Tejima sleeping. "Deep breath, "I said, "wake up!" *Karate chop*.Raisaka said, his voice loud. "OOOOO!" flop, "What was that for!?!" Tejima asked, his voice conveying the message of pain.

"You didn't wake up the first time, so I had to wake you up somehow," Riasaka replied sarcastically.

"So, that doesn't mean you have to hit me!" Tejima responded, writhing in pain while holding his stomach on his knees. "Yes, it did," Raisaka said, stone-faced. "You've got to be kidding right?" Tejima replied.

"Nope. Anyway, get up. Also change of plans, instead of meeting me in the gym, meet me in the cafeteria.

I need to talk to you about something." Raisaka said, his voice more serious. "Ok." (Inner monologue) Oh no! That can't be good!" Tejima said to himself.

*10 minutes later*

"Hey, Tejima over here!" Raisaka shouted.

*Walking* *Moves chair* "So, what did you need to talk to me about? And why in the cafeteria?" Tejima asked, his voice muffled.

"Well, I just thought that while we're talking, we should get some breakfast." Raisaka replied while leaning back in his chair." And what is the other reason? What do you need to talk to me about?" Tejima questioned.

"Do you remember when you tried to join the CPA Foundation's Field Operations Division, but you failed the Physical fitness and the Simulated Field Scenarios part of the test?" Raisaka asked Tejima.

" Yeah, what about it?... Wait, don't tell me!" Tejima said, his tone starting to fill with anger.

"Yup, you're going back." Raisaka confirms." But why?!" Tejima said, his demeanor angry." "Listen, I know you don't want to go back but this is the most efficient way for you to get a deeper understanding of what CPAs are.

" Hey, the truth hurts sometimes. Plus, they teach and explain the basics better than anyone! Way better than me! All I'm trying to say is give it one more shot." Raisaka said, trying to lighten the mood.

"Alright, fine! God, you know you're a master manipulator right!" Tejima said boldly. "And what makes you think that?" Raisaka questioned.

"Well, let's see. You just manipulated me into going back to the CPA Academy!" Tejima said.

"Hey, just because I was able to persuade you and change your mind doesn't mean I'm a master manipulator," Raisaka responded laughing.

"Yes, it does," Tejima exclaimed proudly. "Whatever, I'm going to go get some food. Do you want any?" Raisaka asked Tejima.

"Yeah, sure why not." Hi, can I get some onigiri with two fish waffles with some avocado toast and milk bread, please? Raisaka asked the person behind the counter.

"Uh yes, how many pieces of avocado toast do you want sir?

The person behind the counter asked Riasaka." Just two, please. Thank you." Riasaka replied, his stomach growling." Ok and for you sir? The person behind the counter asked Tejima.

"I'll just get the same thing, please but with an orange juice. Thank you." Tejima exclaimed. "And will that be all for you two?" The person behind the counter asked.

"Yes, that will be it," Raisaka responded. "Ok, just slide down to the end of that sign for me." The person behind the counter said.

"Ok, thank you," Raisaka said. "No problem, next in line please." The person behind the counter replied, their voice was soft and energetic.

*They get their food and walk up to the cash register*

"Let's see what you got. Uh hu, yup, *Keyboard clicking* and your total comes out to be 6230 yen." the person behind the register said. "Yikes!!!!" Both of them said in unison." "Inflation man, I'm telling you," Raisaka said.

*Raisaka pays and they sit back down*

"Now, the CPA Academy will start in 2 weeks. Do you think you have what it takes this time?" Raisaka asked Tejima in a more serious demeanor. "Yes," Tejima responded while chewing.

"Well, you're training with me starts Tomorrow. So be ready." Raisaka told Tejima while Standing up.

"Where are you going?" Tejima questioned Raisaka. "Go call my wife and try and find a bathroom," Raisaka replied while walking away towards the bathroom.

"Man, he's just like Kaiser. Speaking of Kaiser I wonder where he is? I haven't seen him since that incident. I hope he's ok." Tejima said worriedly while taking a sip of orange juice.
