The last thing Emmy expected was a text from Moon saying she was invited to her house party. She and Moon hadn't spoken since she and Hawk broke up, and she immediately agreed.
Emmy, Hawk, Mitch, and Aisha were sat on a couch, the four of them engaging in a conversation about random topics the LaRusso girl would bring up.
"Ok, but seriously. You're telling me you wouldn't at least kiss your enemy even if you guys were the last two people on Earth?" she grabbed her red cup.
"Never! That defeats the whole purpose of them being the enemy," Mitch grabbed his own cup and the two clinked their cups together before taking a sip.
"I'm gonna have to agree with Emmy on this one. The tension would rise way too high," Aisha agreed.
Emmy gratefully shook her hand. "You are literally my girl."
Hawk nudged her, and she turned to him. "Hm?" He raised his chin to point in front of him. Emmy turned, and her face dropped. Miyagi-do was standing in front of them.
"I'll get you next time, okay?" Miguel and Tory came in from the backyard, their smiles also dropping when they noticed the other dojo.
Emmy and Robby stared at each other, memories of the roller rink seeping back in. The tension rose, and Tory glanced over at Miguel. "Let's go. She gave a brief smile to Emmy and the couple walked off.
Emmy leaned back in her seat. "Can't believe this shit."
"Sam!" their heads snapped over to the sound of heels coming their way, seeing Moon walking down the hall. "I'm so glad you came! The kegs are out back, drinks are in the kitchen, and the vegan pigs in a blanket just got out of the oven."
"Moon, you never said anything about inviting Cobra Kai," Sam had her arms crossed, and she spoke in a low tone.
Moon glanced back before turning back to her. "Well, I figured with summer ending and school starting back up, we could stop all the fighting and be friends again." She looked over at Emmy. "And sisters."
"It's wishful thinking," Sam blinked.
Moon continued, "Sam, trust me. Get rid of all this negative energy. Clear your chakras and have some fun," then she strutted away, leaving the two sides.
"Screw this. I'm gonna get a drink," Emmy sighed, standing up and smoothed out her yellow skirt. "Come on, Hawk."
Hawk immediately got to his feet, following after his best friend but not before glaring at Sam and Robby.

"Wait, Sam tripped Tory but then got kicked out by security?" Hawk laughed.
Emmy snorted, placing her cup down. "Yup. It was, by far, one of the most satisfying things I've ever seen."
"You and Tory are close now, huh?"
