"i just don't understand how dress shopping is easier for others." Flipping though the pages and seeing many designs. I couldn't decide. I wanted all of them!

Cassie and my mom had came over to help me with the wedding planning. Shohei had a doctor's appointment because he had been mentioning how his elbow hurts when he pitches. So I made him appointment to get it checked out. Hopefully nothing is wrong because he has some away games coming up.

"Mija! this centerpiece is beautiful! don't you think Cassie?" My mom said. She practically shoves the picture in-front of her face to show it. "Yea Regina, it's beautiful but what do u think Rosie? Do u like it?" I looked closely at the picture then released I didn't like it. I made a face.

I wanted this wedding to be the one of my dreams, not one that felt forced. "oh! before i leave, we need to plan the bachelorette parties!" I sighed. Shohei didn't seem to be that type of person to have a bachelor party. he's very reserved with himself. Planning will never end.

I see Mago enjoying the fun because all she has done is laugh at us when we argue. I was looking at some more decor ideas for the reception when my mom started speaking, "you want a church wedding. I can sense it." I can't hide it because that has been a dream of mine since I saw my sister go through one. Almost all my siblings have been married through the church expect for Andres. I turn to look at my mom and sighed. "but it's too much work. we don't have time for it."

"then i much rather you stop complaining. just tell us what you want. we can't read your mind." I know I know.
Good thing the door opened before I could speak again. Shohei walks through the sidling doors and notice the piles of magazines, laptops, and boards everywhere on the table. "Am I missing something.. Rosie we agreed to do this together!" He complained.

"Your fiancé here is indecisive. So you haven't missed out on anything." My mom said. She made a face so I made one back. That made Mago laugh. He laughs back before he grabs a chair to sit beside me.

"We have to talk later." He said. I knew what it was about. He had been seeing different doctors for different opinions on his right elbow. I had been icing it hoping it was just a sprain but the pain never went away. My mom slams a dress magazine in-front of me and opened a page. "We need to pick out some ideas AHORA. stop putting it to the last minute." I made a face again.

"ama, seriously?"

"yes seriously. you haven't chosen any ideas. i have a appointment for dress shopping next week for you. you better not be late." My mom said with a tone. The one she uses to make sure you know she isn't playing around.

𝟐 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒 𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑

my mom & Cassie had found some common ground with me so we ended up with a few ideas for many of the events. We all agreed including Shohei that it should be a private ceremony and reception.
