"DRIVE SAFE OKAY?" TIM SPOKE LEANING DOWN TO KISS LAYLA'S LIPS.
Layla kissed him back lightly. "Always, I'll see you there."
"Yes you will. But really have a good day okay? It might be a lot but you won't be alone."
Layla gave him a look. "You know who my training officer is don't you?"
Tim smirked down at her. "I do, but you'll find out when you get there. Don't worry, I have a lot of faith in the guy."
"So it's a guy." She nudged him looking for more answers.
Tim squinted his eyes at her before he spoke. "You're pushing it. And you're going to be late."
Layla gasped nudging him before placing a quick kiss to his lips. "Feed Kojo before you leave please. I love you."
"I love you too." Layla closed the door before heading to her car.
Heading all the way to her first day as a rookie.

TIM'S POV
Tim stood dressed in his uniform as headed to sergeant Grey's office.
He wanted to get the conversation over and done with.
"Can I talk to you for a minute?" Tim asked as he stepped into Grey's office.
He nodded. "Make it quick. We have two new rookies to welcome, again."
"About that." Tim sighed.
Wade looked at him expectantly. "Tim roll call."
Tim shook his head before he spoke. "I'm in a relationship with one of the rookies. Layla Hicks. We've been together for six months."
