A sailor's tale

Once upon a time, there was a beautiful nation called L'manberg.
It was a peaceful place with all kinds of creatures like Demis (half human half animal), humans, phantoms, elves, and many more.
They all lived in harmony until something really bad happened.
Nobody knew what was going to happen, but then the human king started to dislike every other creature, so he told his army to hunt them all down.
"HUNT THEM ALL DOWN AND LET THEM BURN" was what he said. They hesitated but obeyed.

Complete cities were destroyed, so many people died, not only Demis ore phantoms, there were also humans under them. Humans who learned to live in peace with every creature.

But they didn't kill everybody. Some of the kids that survived became slaves owned by the king and sold into ruthless people. A handful of people were able to escape. They were hiding in the mountains out of reach for everybody.

Years have past and the humans started to hate every creature that was in some way other than them.
Luckily for the other species, there exists a special gem that can make you look like a human, but it's extremely rare so that nobody knows what it looks like.

The Demis lives in the 2 mountains Hare and Sarum. The tunnels are labyrinths. Only the demis know how to enter the mountain village.

A live in the mountains is hard, and everybody has to help even the kid sometimes, but one kid sneaks out at every possibility, heading straight to the ocean.
He is a demi duck. He is mostly human except his large, beautiful golden wings and his little duck tale. He has shoulder-length raven hair, on his face, some freckles. His name is Alex, but he likes the name Quackity. The people he lives with are the older woman called Jessica and her daughter Tarou. They are both goat demis.

Everything was good for a while.
And then bad news spread across the land.
They say that some sailors vanished at sea. Only an empty boot left behind.
Theories began to spread. But the soldiers found evidence that it was a bunch of sirens. They sent Hunter, but nobody was able to catch at least one.

Now the people are scared to go near the ocean. Even the other living beings are scared.
Now we have to see what the future brings.
