And with that thought, I felt myself slipping away, my consciousness fading into the darkness of the water.

... I felt someone dragging me ashore...

...As I lay there on the beach, my vision blurry, and my consciousness fading, I felt a hand on my chest. It was a gentle touch, but firm, as if someone was trying to reassure me that everything was going to be okay.

I tried to focus on his face, but it was a blur. All I could make out was the curly brown hair and the concern etched on his features.

The persons hand moved, and I felt something small got placed on my chest. I didn't know what it was, but it was heavy for its size.

And then, the boy was gone. He disappeared into the water, leaving me alone on the shore.

I tried to sit up, but my body felt heavy, my limbs weighed down by exhaustion. I fell back, my eyes closing as I let out a deep breath. Then my vision went black...

'It's getting really dark. No sigh of Quackity. Or anyone else. I should go back to the village.'
Though Tarou.
She started walking towards the two big now black looking mountains.
Tarou is scared. She was scared that the hunters could still be searching for her. She was scared that she would never see Quackity again. Only the thought of it made her cry.

After 30 minutes.

Tarou made her way through the tunnels. Her legs are hurting from all the running and walking. She's tired and hungry.
She was finally at the entrance of the village. There were standing people.
Her mom. She stood out the most.
She looks similar to Tarou. Brown hair, a goat demi, emerald green eyes.

Her name is Jessica Imonasu. She is responsible for all the organisations in the village. Some people say she could be the mayor of the village.
Tarous mom noticed Tarou at the entrance.
She ran towards tarou and hugged her tightly.
"Where have you been, Tarou?" Her voice slightly shaking. And tears in her eyes.
Her facial expression changed fast, as she noticed that Quackity is not with her.
"Tarou... where is quackity?"

Tarou told them that they were in the forest and also near the human harbour.
"Quackity and I got catched by some hunter, but we managed to escape. Then we split up. I was going in the forest and Quackity was trying to get them away from me. I just saw him running towards the cliff. Then he was gone." Tears began to fall down her cheek.
"It's OK.... we will find him. Dont worry."
"But it's going to be dark soon. Hunters are probably still around this area. So we have to start searching early tomorrow." Explaned the older woman.
Tarou just nodded.

"Tarous is finally asleep." I whisper to myself. I walked out and went to the living room. Normally, both would sit here and argue about the last cookie.
But not this time. This time, it was too silent.
'I hope he's okay.'
