Chapter 31 || • Declaration •

It was the day of Niall's discharge, everyone (including Zayn, Maura, Louis and Harry) came along to Niall's home to ensure he's back home safely and somehow helped in returning the items they used when they were back at the hospital to their home. Well, it wasn't much just some personal items basically toothbrush, toothpaste, clothes and even some shoes. Since there were no news leaked on what hospital Niall was confined, there's no swarm of reporters blocking their way.

When Niall suggested he would help and tried lifting a paper bag, Zayn was quick to pry it away from his hand and told him that he will carry anything he needs to so no need to worry. Niall pouted and huffed childishly considering Zayn was being meticulous and overprotective over him and his situation. Zayn asked if he could stay over to Niall's house which Maura quickly agreed to because she knows it's for the best and Niall was internally grateful.

Zayn stopped going to his shootings and interviews since Niall fell victim to the accident although Niall scolded him about it and asked he should go Zayn ignored him and said he needs to be beside him. Luckily for Zayn, he has made some great connections within the show business and he's acquainted with his co-workers so he has a pass since most of the people already knew why he's always absent because the media already have news regarding Niall's accident.

Niall knew Zayn was freaking out in the inside, he could sense it. Being a father might have give Zayn quite shock and he basically perceived the knowledge that he should make time so here he is. Though, tomorrow will be the day they're going back to shooting Lovers In Paradise. Both of them took a long absence and the crew has to catch up with the shooting so they could wrap up, they probably still have a month left to shoot since their schedules were now pushed due to the accident that caused the long absence. On a positive note, the show received great reviews and overwhelming support especially from the LGBT group (as the show's objective) regarding the starting episodes and garnered a lot of viewers during its airing time thus topping the ratings chart. Likewise, their talent companies and the TV station were delighted with the news and look passed their absences.

They entered the Horan's apartment. Zayn guiding Niall as he entered the door, which Niall just accepted since it's tiring talking to Zayn about it over and over again when nothing sink into his head, with Louis and Harry following from behind.

The four boys took their seats at the big couch in the living room, thankfully there was enough space for all of them to fit in. Maura asked them if they wanted juice which all the boys replied with a yes so she took out a pitcher of juice from the fridge though she suddenly realized that she's going to have troubles carrying 4 glasses for them to drink. Zayn took notice of this and quickly stood up, taking 5 glasses with both of his hands, 3 on his right and 2 on his left.

"Oh, thank you, Zayn." She smiled cheerfully, not having to worry anymore on how she would bring them to the table altogether.

"No problem, mom." Zayn never forgot to address Maura with mom, just like how she asked back then at the hospital.

They both smiled as they both went back to the living room and placed down the glasses and pitcher at the table in front of the couch. All the boys said 'thanks' to Maura which she just replied 'you're welcome, boys'. They gulped down their juice, setting the glass down the table after finishing their glass.

"Niall, I'm going ahead. I still have to fix your schedule and the movie plan I was talking to you about now that you're... carrying a child." Louis blurted out as he glanced on his watch to check for the time.

"Oh yeah, Lou, about that..." Niall suddenly remembered that. He was going to shoot for the movie after they wrap up Lovers In Paradise which is going to be an action movie and clearly Niall was not in shape for it. The movie's requiring heavy action scenes and stunts (some can be done by a double but some must be done by the actor), it's going to be high budget though Niall can't do the project anymore.
