chapter 1

Seth's pov:

I am in my room. Reading some books. When my dad called me.

"Seth! " I heard him yell.

"I'm coming! " i yelled back.

I puted away the book about the ancient creatuers that excited but are really rare to nonexsisting.

I walked to my dad and the knights opened the door to my dad.

"What do you need from me? " I asked as I kneel down.

"Seth! My son! How are you? " he asked me then.

"And you're a prince! You don't need to kneel down! " he oderd me.

I got up but stood my place.

"I'm good father. But what is it you called me here for? " I asked.

"I heard that in our woods are 4 creatures that travel around the world. Running from creature hunters. I want you to go with the knights and ask them to join our kingdom! For safety. " my dad explained.

"Why with the Knights? I'm perfectly capable of protecting myself." I asked.

"Because I said so! I know what you're capable of. But I don't want ANYTHING to happen to you. " my dad said serious.

"Yes father. " I said.

"I will make my way now. " I said and walked out of the throne room.

I created a small water elemental and oderd it to inform Elune. My best friend to come with me.

When my dad really thinks I'm taking the knights with me then I take Elune. The best knight of them all!

But I also want to go only by myself!

The elemental is on its way to inform her while I walked into my room to change my clothes.

I changed to my amor like clothes.

I waited in my room for Elune to come so we can go together.

As I waited I heard a knock.

"Come in. " I said as the door opend.

"Elune! Thanks for coming with me! " said and hugged her.

"Seth! Of course I came! First it's my duty. And second. You're my best friend! " she said while hugging me back.

"So. You ready? " I asked her.

"Yes" she answered.

We walked out of the palace and talked a bit.

She talked about the moon ritual being tonight and the moon binding.

She is a night elf and they worship the goddes of the moon and the moon ritual is a ritual where every night elf of the age of 17 find there "soulmate"

It's also called the moon bounding.

She's excited to finally find her moon bound they call there soulmate.

"Can I come with you to the moon bounding? " I asked her.

"Of course! But you're only allowed to stand back and watch us. Humans can't do the ritual with nightelfs sadly" she explained.

"That's okay! Im only there to support my bestie and her moon bound" I said laughing while softly punching her with my elbow.

"How do you know who your soulmate- uhhh! Moon bound is?" I asked her.

" I will feel a connection to this person" she explained.

"They? Isn't in guaranteed it will be a boy? " I asked her again.
