Chapter 8

Onyx's POV:

I was standing in front of many many guards in front of our castle.

My brother was doing a speatch and told us that him and I will be creating a portal to where the monsters are.

There was a change of plans because I beated most of the guards the night before we where about to travel.

Wrathion is still mad about that.

The reaction of the guards that didn't like me where disappointed that the change of plans wasn't that I stay home again while Wrathion travels with the hunters.

It was night time. They don't expect us to suddenly come to kill them at night. They don't even know were coming at all!

After Wrathion was done talking he turned to me.

That means he wants to open the portal.

I walked towards him and together we casted the spell for the portal.

A big portal opend and over 50 men ran through it.

It's not much. But it's enough to kill those fuckers.

I then walked through the portal too.

And I walked through I saw the ruins of Nordrassil.

Wrathion destroyed the kingdom? I don't think it was a part of the plan but... We need to kill the monsters.

"Queen Onyx. The cave is in this direction" a female guard said.

We have female guards? Impressive!

I nodded but then felt something that I know too well.

Amyras light energy!

What is she doing here!? Was she the one supose to help Blaze and now she's here... Being devastated?

No. Her energy is exactly there where the monsters are suppose to be! She must have warned them.

Dawn's POV:

I woke up because I felt a dark energy.

Its Onyx!

I quickly opened my eyes and saw that Amyra must have felt her too!

"We have to go. NOW! " I said.

Amyra nodded and turned around to see that Zeniel was also awake!

He was waking the others up.

"Huh? Zeniel what's worng? " Seth asked tired.

"The hunters are here" Amyra answered.

"And their queen is with them" I added.

Everyone was now awake and they where afraid.

"What do we do? " Kaida asked.

"We will run. Now"I said.

We quickly gathered their things and walked out of the cave.

And everyone started running. But Amyra stayed back.

"Amyra! What are you doing!? " I asked.

"Buying time. Now go! " she yelled.

The kids started to run while I stayed with Amyra.

"Why are you still here? " she asked.

"I'm here to help you. Aren't I?" I asked.

She smiled and took out her sword.

After a while the hunters finally arrived.

Amyra looked nervous and frighten but she stood her composure.
