Suga's POV
Our cat, Sugar, is about to give birth. Her labor started unexpectedly, and Agust D and I are both on edge, trying to stay calm while comforting her. Sugar is nestled in a cosy corner of the living room, breathing heavily and looking at us with those trusting eyes.
Just as Agust D and I are exchanging a tense glance, there's a knock on the apartment door. We exchange a quick look of confusion. "Who could that be?" I mutter, heading toward the door.
I open it to find Maybelle and Zarina standing there. "Maybelle? What are you doing here?" I ask, surprised. She smiles and opens her mouth to speak, but before she can say anything, there's another knock on the door.
Agust D and I look at each other, and I can't help but laugh a little at the absurdity of the situation. I open the door again, and this time it's Taehyung, Jin, RM, JK, Jimin, and J-Hope. The entire gang is here, and Taehyung is holding Jin's hand, a huge smile on his face.
"We're getting married!" Taehyung announces, beaming with joy. Jin nods, looking equally thrilled.
For a moment, the chaos in the room is overwhelming. Our friends' excited voices fill the apartment, and I can barely keep up with all the congratulations and questions flying around. But then I remember Sugar, and the urgency of her situation brings me back to reality.
"Guys, that's amazing news, but Sugar is giving birth right now," I say, my voice cutting through the chatter.
Everyone falls silent, their eyes widening as they realize the gravity of the situation. Agust D moves to check on Sugar, gently stroking her fur to keep her calm.
"Oh my gosh, do you need any help?" Jimin asks, his eyes full of concern.
"I think we're okay, but we might need some towels and some space," I reply, trying to stay focused.
Our friends quickly scatter, grabbing towels and making room for Sugar. Taehyung and Jin are still holding hands, their excitement subdued but still palpable.
I look at Agust D, who nods at me reassuringly. "We've got this," he says softly. I nod back, feeling a surge of love for him in this crazy moment.
As Sugar's labor progresses, our friends' presence becomes a comforting background buzz. They sit quietly, offering support and encouragement. Taehyung and Jin steal glances at each other, clearly still over the moon about their engagement.
Finally, after what feels like an eternity, Sugar gives birth to a litter of tiny, mewling kittens. The room erupts in quiet cheers and relieved sighs.
"She's amazing," Maybelle whispers, her eyes shining as she watches the newborn kittens snuggle up to Sugar.
I turn to Agust D, who is smiling softly, his eyes full of pride. "We did it," I say, feeling a deep sense of accomplishment.
He nods, leaning in to kiss my forehead. "We did."
As the excitement dies down, our friends start to settle in, congratulating us on the new additions to our family and on Taehyung and Jin's engagement.
As we all gathered in the living room, introductions flowed naturally. "Everyone, this is Maybelle and her cousin Zarina, We met her in the castle" I introduced warmly, gesturing towards them. Maybelle greeted everyone with a friendly wave and a warm smile, while Zarina stayed close to her, her eyes wide with curiosity and a hint of shyness.
"We were just stopping by to say hi and ended up with some big news," Maybelle explained, her eyes sparkling with excitement as she glanced towards Taehyung and Jin."We're so happy for you both," I chimed in, extending a hand towards Maybelle and offering a welcoming handshake. Zarina peeked out from behind Maybelle, her nervousness easing as she began to take in the friendly atmosphere.
