Shehnaaz's eyes brimmed with tears as she confided in Aman, her voice cracking with emotion. "Aman, I'm so worried. Siddharth hasn't called me in weeks. He's not picking up my calls either. What if something's wrong?"

Aman's expression was sympathetic, but his words offered little comfort. "Sana, bhai's not taking my calls either. I'm sure he's just stuck in some work or something. He'll come around eventually."

But eventually turned into a month, and a month turned into a year. Siddharth never came back, and the calls never came. Shehnaaz's heart was shattered into a million pieces, her trust and love reduced to dust.

She felt like she was living in a nightmare, unable to wake up from the pain and heartache. The memories of Siddharth's promises and their laughter together now taunted her, a bittersweet reminder of what could have been.

Shehnaaz was broken, her spirit crushed by the weight of Siddharth's silence. She had given him her everything, and he had repaid her with nothing but darkness and despair.

...........Aman's eyes narrowed as he finally managed to get in touch with Siddharth after months of trying. "Sid, what's going on? You just vanished without a word. Sana's been worried sick about you."

Siddharth's response was curt and evasive. "I'm fine, Aman. Just busy with work and life. Tell Sana I said hi."

Aman's instincts told him something was off, but Siddharth's tone brooked no further questions. He relayed the message to Shehnaaz, but it only left her feeling more hurt and confused.

As the days turned into weeks, and the weeks into months, Shehnaaz tried to move on with her life. She threw herself into her studies and career, determined to forget about Siddharth and the pain he had caused her.

But the wound ran deep, and the scar still lingered. Shehnaaz couldn't help but feel a deep sadness and anger towards Siddharth, who had so callously discarded her without even a explanation.

..............

Shehnaaz was engrossed in her work, determined to make a name for herself at Grow Art Company. She had almost forgotten about Siddharth, or so she thought.

As she walked into the office one morning, she was taken aback by a familiar figure standing by the water cooler. Her heart skipped a beat as she locked eyes with Siddharth, the CEO of Grow Art Company.

Time seemed to stand still as they stared at each other, the tension between them palpable. Shehnaaz's mind raced with emotions, her heart struggling to process the shock.

Siddharth's expression was unreadable, his eyes betraying no emotion. "Shehnaaz," he said finally, his voice low and even. "Long time no see."

Shehnaaz's eyes narrowed, her voice steady. "Siddharth. I had no idea you were the owner of this company."

Siddharth raised an eyebrow. "And I had no idea you were interning here. Fate has a way of surprising us, doesn't it?"

The air was thick with unspoken words, the silence between them deafening. Shehnaaz's heart was racing, her mind reeling with questions. What was Siddharth doing here? Why had he never contacted her ?

As they stood there, the past and present colliding, Shehnaaz knew that this chance encounter was only the beginning of a complicated and emotional journey.

Siddharth's eyes lingered on Shehnaaz, expecting a stronger reaction from her. But she seemed to be holding her emotions in check, her expression neutral.

"I see," he said finally, his voice a little softer. "Well, I'll let you get back to work then."

Shehnaaz nodded curtly and turned to leave, her eyes welling up with tears only when she was safely in the restroom. She leaned against the sink, her body shaking with silent sobs.

She didn't want to cry, didn't want to show Siddharth or anyone else that she was still hurting. But the pain was still there, raw and festering.

After a few minutes, she composed herself, washed her face, and returned to her desk, determined to keep her emotions hidden.

As she worked, she could feel Siddharth's eyes on her, but she refused to meet his gaze. She was determined to move on, to show him that she was stronger than he thought. But the tears she had cried in the restroom told a different story.
