Sana couldn't help but smile as she thought about that night. She had felt a connection with Sidharth that she couldn't ignore. She had thought that maybe, just maybe, he felt it too.

As she drifted off to sleep, she couldn't shake the feeling that there was still something between them. She felt a flutter in her chest as she thought about the way he had touched her, the way he had kissed her.

The next morning, Sana woke up feeling hopeful. Maybe, just maybe, Sidharth would finally admit his feelings for her. Maybe they could explore this thing between them and see where it went.

She got ready for work, her heart racing with anticipation. As she walked into the office, she scanned the room for Sidharth. Their eyes met, and for a moment, she thought she saw a glimmer of something there.

But then, his expression changed, and he looked away. Sana's heart sank. Maybe she had misread everything.

Still, she couldn't shake the feeling that there was something between them. She caught herself smiling throughout the day, thinking about that night and the way Sidharth had made her feel.

As the day went on, Sana found herself wondering if she should take a chance and confront Sidharth about her feelings. Maybe it was time to stop wondering and find out once and for all if he felt the same way.

But

Sana's heart sank as she turned to see who had arrived. Her eyes widened in shock as she took in the sight of Sidharth standing beside a beautiful woman, a ring gleaming on her finger.

"Who is that?" Sana asked, trying to keep her voice steady.

Her friend leaned in, a sympathetic expression on her face. "That's Sidharth's fiancée, Riya. They're getting married next year

Sana felt like she had been punched in the gut. She couldn't breathe, couldn't think. She had been so sure that Sidharth felt something for her, but now it seemed like she had been just a distraction.

As she watched, Sidharth smiled and put his arm around Riya, pulling her close. Sana felt a wave of nausea wash over her. She couldn't stay here, couldn't watch this.

She quickly gathered her things and made a hasty exit, trying to escape the pain and humiliation. But as she reached the door, she heard Sidharth's voice behind her.

"Sana, wait!"

Sana's eyes blazed with fury as she confronted Sidharth in the dimly lit basement. "Why always me, Sid? Why do you keep hurting me?" she demanded, her voice trembling with emotion.

Sidharth took a step back, his eyes wide with surprise, but Sana was relentless. "You slept with me, made me believe there was something between us, and now you show up with your fiancée? How could you be so cruel?"

With a swift motion, Sana's hand connected with Sidharth's cheek, the slap echoing through the basement. "You're a monster, Sid. A heartless, selfish monster."

Sidharth's face reddened, but he didn't flinch. "Sana, please listen..."

But Sana was beyond reason. "No, you listen! You've been playing with my emotions for months, using me for your own pleasure. Well, it's over. I'm done being your plaything."

Tears streamed down her face as she glared at Sidharth. "I thought I meant something to you, but I was just a distraction. A distraction from your perfect little life with your perfect little fiancée."

Sana left
