I woke up feeling extremely exhausted, my eyes heavy with sleep. Beside me , kashish was still asleep .
got out of bed, stretched my arms, and began my morning routine. After a refreshing shower, I slipped into a comfortable white shirt and a denim skirt, feeling the soft fabric against my skin.

Heading downstairs, I joined Ahad and Asher in the dining area. They were already sipping their coffee and chatting quietly. I took a seat next to Ahad, and Asher turned to me with a curious expression. "Hey, Amirah, how's it going? You seemed a bit shaken last night," he said, his voice low and concerned.
Thesitated, unsure how much to reveal. "I'm fine, just a little scared, I guess. I don't know who could have put that snake in my tent." Ahad's eyes narrowed. "We'll figure it out, Amirah. Don't worry, we're here for you." " yeah thanks guys" i said with a sigh * *********
As we finished breakfast, a sudden announcement blared through the speakers, "All participants, please assemble on the grounds immediately."
Curiosity piqued, we exchanged glances and hurried out to the designated area. The in-charge, standing with a microphone, greeted us with a stern expression.
"Welcome, everyone, to the first day of the competition. Today, you will embark on a treasure hunt. The items you need to find are listed on a piece of paper, which can be found in the house on the hill."

Ahad and Asher set off towards the hill house, their footsteps echoing in the silence. The sun beat down on them, casting a warm glow over the landscape. "I've got a feeling we're going to crush this," Asher said, his eyes shining with confidence. "Let's not get ahead of ourselves," Ahad replied, his voice laced with a hint of caution. "We don't know what we're up against." As they approached the house, they noticed something strange. The windows were boarded up, and the door was covered in cobwebs. "Looks like no one's been here in a while," Asher observed, his brow furrowed in curiosity. Ahad nodded, his eyes scanning the surroundings. "Let's be careful. We don't know what we'll find inside." With a deep breath, they pushed open the creaky door and stepped into the unknown. The air inside was musty, and the silence was palpable. They exchanged a nervous glance, their hearts pounding in unison. "Here we go," Asher whispered, his voice barely audible. And with that, they began their search for the elusive paper.

Amirah's pov
"Alright, we've got the list!" Ahad exclaimed, holding up the paper as they returned to us, grinning from ear to ear. Asher high-fived him, and I could sense the competitive energy between them. As we gathered around, I saw that the "paper" was actually a small book. Ahad opened it, revealing a list of items to find: • Red cloth • Cowboy hat • Toy car • 10 dry wood sticks • waist belt • rice
So, we got the items list they were 7 things in total. so, ahad decided that it will better if we split up, Now ahad and i would go other way & Kashish, asher would go other way. Its been 10 min since we starled searching for things.Asher said after 45 min we should in the hall so we could know how much things we have gathered. "Here take this" ahad said giving me the 10 dry wood sticks." I'll open the cover you just throw it in there" the said while opening the cover and i nodded. " While coming here i saw a hut over there we can go there and see if we could get anything"I said ahed while showing the directions
When we got there,ahad knocked m the door a old women came out "Hello, aunty, Actually we are on hunt game given by our college and can we get these things if u" ahad was saying this to her.
We got inside the hut which was consist of two rooms, She said she would get some rce for us. We asked for diffent things also but she didn't have it.
Now, we were explosing to find waist bett and red cloth, but how should i say this to ahed that iam terrified of both of them I hove some trauma because of that 'Hey, Hey look there" ahad walked to a box and opened it and there were spides in them and waist belt as well as red cloth. But seeing them i started remembering my time when my aunty used to lock me in basement tiering me with red cloth and hitting me with belt, there used to be spides and-insects in that room. I couldn't breathe , i heard ahad's voice to pull me oud of be my trance. When a come out ahed hugged me and i hugged him back like mylife was depend on it. He was caressing my back like white murmuring things to make me calm. He handled me some water after we pull away from each other ,
"I'mfine " i said looking at his woried face. "No, No you're not tell me, is something wrong is this due to that snake "he said looking deeply at me. " yeah; I'm fine, its just that i remember something " i was being nervous because how would i look him , would he leave me if he got to know, i started to overthink.
"you know you can say anything to me" he said making me sit at a nearby bench
" idon't know how to say,its not a big deal'
"How come it's not a big deal you just got a panic attact, tell me its killing me to see you like this "
listening to him my eyes teared up, so, i told him everything since my parents death to how my aunty treated me and everything
" just know that iam with you ok, you can tellme everything, you can call me everytime.ok, don't overthink" i like how he was reassuring me
"Thanks. I don't now how chould say this you're really a good friend"
