I feel like my body was being torn into pieces. My mind and body kept separating. I was surrounded by complete darkness.
"Hello?"
It echoed. I was stuck in an abyss.
"Hello?! Saint?"
Wala akong makita. I was just floating in complete darkness. Where am I?
"Nyx!" I heard a familiar voice calling me. I looked around to see who it was, but no one was there.
"Nyx!" It's a different voice, but still familiar.
"Nyx! Nyx!" two voices chanted at the same time.
"Gael? Yesha?" I called as I looked around. "Nasaan kayo?"
I looked for them until I saw something bright. It was slowly fading. It's the barrier!
I reached for it. It seemed as if it pulled me to it. I was able to get to it before it completely faded.
"Nyx, nasaan ka na?" I heard Yesha calling desperately.
Umahon ako sa tubig at nasa lawa na ako. I coughed a few times and it caught their attention. Gael dived in and was able to take me to safety.
Umiiyak si Yesha. "Nyx, ano ba?! Bigla kang nawala! We've been looking for you!"
Hindi ko siya sinagot. I just looked back to the lake, realizing that I will never see Saint again.
