Chapter 8

Venice brought Rain to his condo when he fainted earlier outside, he put Rain inside his bedroom and let him rest there, and while waiting for him to wake up he was currently cooking for the both of them.

After he cooked everything he goes to his room to look after Rain who was still sleeping, Rain was in a deep pain that even Venice can sense that he is not really okay, that he is suffering from pain.

Rain: no let me go, please stay away from me, let me go please,

Venice got shocked by Rain when he suddenly shouted while sleeping, that's why Venice decided to wake him up,

Venice: Rain, Rain wake up, what's wrong? You're dreaming (he said)
Rain: Venice (he said crying and after he wakes up he hug Venice again so tight just like how he hug him earlier)
Venice: shhh, what's wrong?
Rain: Venice, I hate them, (he said while crying)
Venice: who?
Rain: them, all of them, I hate Sky, I hate Papa, I hate Dad, and I hate that goddamn Tristan, they betrayed me, my own family betrayed me you know that, they all betrayed me, and that stupid bastard Tristan, he raped me, he thought I'm pushing myself to him that's why, (he said crying while Venice is just listening to him)
Venice: shhh, everything will be okay, everything will be fine,
Rain: I hate all of them Venice, I hate all of them
Venice: I know, but it's okay, just cry, you can cry whenever you want, I won't let them hurr you again, I will protect you

Then Rain started crying again because of what Venice said,

Venice: come, I'll just grab some food downstairs so you can eat dinner, you can eat dinner here so that you don't have to go down there anymore, (he said)

But as soon as he stood up, Rain hold his hand immediately,

Rain: no Venice, please don't leave me, (he said crying)
Venice: but you need to eat something, so you'll regain your energy,
Rain: please stay here, I, I don't wanna be alone here,
Venice: shhh, you won't be alone, I'll just grab some food and I'll be back
Rain: no please, I'm begging you Venice please stay,
Venice: fine, fine, I'll stay, come, let me hug you,

And after that Rain quickly hug him, and Venice gently caress his hair while he is still sobbing.

The next morning,

Rain woke up shocked wondering why he was sleeping beside Venice, and he was even hugging him,

Rain: what the heck? (He shouted then started hitting Venice with a pillow)
Venice: oy, what the hell is wrong with you? (He asked angrily as he woke up greeted by a pillow)
Rain: what are you doing here?
Venice: you'll be staying here,
Rain: what? No, I won't stay here, and why did you bring me here? Where exactly am I right now? What am I doing here? Are you planning something against me huh?
Venice: me? Planning something against you? The heck no, don't you remember anything that happened last night? Don't you remember how you begged for me to stay and to hug you last night? You're crying and I was just comforting you and now you're the one who's mad at me?
Rain: comforting me? I don't need you
Venice: yes you do, if you leave my house where will you go huh? Didn't you tell me last night that your so called family abandoned you? Did you forget that?
Rain: I'm, I'm sorry, and, and about last night, thank you, thank you so much for bringing me here, (he said feeling guilty because of what he did to him) what's funny was, who would have thought that the man I hate would be the man who will save me from everything, that's why thank you,
Venice: no problem, but can you please tell me why you hated me so much? I mean I just didn't know what I did wrong for you to hate me that much,
Rain: well, since you already know it, my Dad, he used to compare me to you, saying that I need to do my best so that I could be the top 1 at school not just that but in everything, he wants me to become an engineer even though I don't want that
Venice: then what do you want?
Rain: what I want? I want to become a businessman, I want him to see that I can be a great businessman just like him, and I want to prove myself to him, I want him not to compare me with other people, lately I've been asking why, why he hates me so much, why he doesn't treat me right, but now I know, because I'm not his son, not his real son, it was just Sky his real son, I was just Papa's son to some guy that's why Dad hated me, because I'm just a mistake, that's why he kept on pressuring me to do the things that I don't want to do, he wants me to become a number 1 but I can't do that because you're there, and I admit it, you really are something else, you're so kind, smart, rich and handsome and I am sure that your parents are so proud to have a son like you
Venice: thank you, so what are you going to do now?
Rain: I'll look for my real Father, I hope I could find him before it's too late, or I think I'm already late because for sure right now he is happy in his own family, I was wishing I had (he said feeling sad)
Venice: then let me help you look for him
Rain: why?
Venice: what do you mean why?
Rain: why are you so kind to me? I mean after everything I did and said to you yet here you are being so kind to me,
Venice: because I know you needed someone and don't you really remember me? Don't you really remember who I am?
Rain: what? You? Who are you?
