I woke up to the slam of a door. He's here.

Before I could get up, I heard my door open so I pretended to be asleep. A creaking sound took over as I felt my bed move beneath me. A hand ran through my tangled waves, roughly. I felt my strands loosen into whoever just used their hand as a comb.

I sat up in a flash when I heard the door closing. I felt regretful for letting such a chance go. But I fear of confronting him about whatever he's doing to Brianna, what if she's lying?

Or what if that would be my last sentence? "Hey dad did you assault Brianna?"

I don't want it to be.

I stood up and slowly walked towards the door, trembling. He is my dad but, I'm sure he wouldn't hesitate to shove a knife in my throat. Oh, the memories.

"Mommy look, I made a drawing of you and me!" I said with a big smile on my face. She was sitting on her bed, staring at the window. She has changed alot after their divorce but, I still love her because she's my mommy.

I held out the paper in my hand in the air, waiting for her to grab it. Her undereyes were so dark, as dark as I imagine what goes on in her mind.

She turned her head to me in slow motion and held out her hand in the air. I trembled from the coldness of her presence and nervously handed her the paper of two stick girls hugging. The small one had a big smile, like me. The big one had an upside down frown, like mommy.

She looked up at me and gave me a creepy faint smile. I smiled back and then she caressed my cheek. Her hand traveled from my right cheek and down to my neck.

I started suffocating the moment a big, haunting smile took over her face as she squeezed my tiny thro-

I flinched from the sound of something dropping on the ground, my heart skipping a few beats. I fell on my ass and groaned when I hit the back of my head on the floor. I sat up, rubbing the spot and almost had a heart attack when I saw a tall, huge man sitting on my single sofa at the corner, watching me with his dead eyes.

"Who the fuck are you?" I asked and stood up with my back against the door and my hand on the doorknob.

He tilted his head, looking confused. Is he dumb?

"W-what are you looking at?" I asked nervously, thinking I'm about to be murdered. I didn't dare to open the door either. Death waiting for me on both sides.

"Honey," He finally muttered a word. "Am I visible?" He asked in a deep, husky voice which hit me right into my soul.

Visible?

"Oh my God you dumbass, do you even have experience with kidnapping?"

I don't think he was here to kidnap though, because no one is giving him money to bring me back.

I said it anyways.

"Hmm."

He got up and gosh he's so tall. He grabbed the curtain, wrapped it around him and boom, he disappears.

I had a very hard time trying to process what I just witnessed.

I slowly twisted the doorknob and made my way to dad's room. I got greeted by air and dust. Maybe it was a really bad idea to let Brianna leave. I should've gathered all information and I could try to fix the puzzle except, I'm missing so many pieces. My mind is just battered. Better to not have any pieces instead of 3 or 4 because they are just haunting me.

I opened the main door and rushed to the local park in my pajamas and a messy bun. There were kids and some cringe teen couples but not any familiar faces.

I walked in the greens and across from the fattest oak tree stood a girl and man with familiar figures. "What the fuck are you doing?!" I shouted and pushed dad from Brianna. She was in her bra with her crop top at her feet.

Dad looked at me with raging eyes and grabbed my wrist into a tight grip, "I can't trust you going out."

He dragged me out of the forest as I stared behind at the petrified Brianna, her eyeliner and mascara ruined with tears.

Into the house, I left the door open and he slammed it behind before throwing me in my room. "You're staying here." He said and slammed the door and I heard keys dancing for a few minutes. No no no.

I looked around and saw the same man on the sky blue colored sofa again. I screamed, "What do you want?" I asked and threw pillows at him as I glided to the headboard of my bed. He stood up and walked towards me, "Woah, chill baby."

He sat down infront of me and I stayed frozen in my position, breathing heavily from fear of what he might do to me.

"I think I found you." He said and leaned into me. I shuddered from the tingling affect from his presence. Is he even real?

I'm having hallucinations but I don't have money for therapy. I moved to the side and laid down, wrapping the blanket around my body and fell asleep as the fictional guy watched me.

I randomly opened my eyes and looked at the clock, 9PM. I looked around and right beside me was the man. I stood up and pressed my back against the door, "W-Who are you? What do you w-want from me?" I asked.

He walked towards me, closer and closer until his cold breathe hit my face, "You can hear me," He said and then put his huge hand on my shoulder, "And you can feel me."

"You shouldn't do pranks like this." I suggested.

"I'm supposed to be invisible. If you know my existence, then you're.. ."

"What?"

Okay fuck this "prank".

I pushed him but he didn't move a centimeter.

Then suddenly, I was pushed forward by the door and fell face flat on the ground. He stood a little further from me, staring down at me with his hands in his pockets. Wait, he's so familiar.

I looked behind to see dad with a dirty bowl in his hands. "Get up you ugly cunt." He ordered and sent a punt at my waist. I growled from pain and slowly got up to face him.

He handed me the bowl filled with some brown soup and left the room, slamming the door on my face. How come he didn't notice this guy?

I set the bowl on my nightstand and sat on my bed, "Who even are you?"

"The grinch."

"Do you mind leaving now?"

"Yes, I do mind."

My memory slowly started working a little bit and he kept looking more and more familiar. He looks so strange like, I've never seen such a weird yet hot looking person.

Wavy white hair, gray eyes, fair skin, huge and tall.
