Leah POV:
"The police department's people are only still alive because they're in their 40s, most of them." Will said as we walked towards the huge ass building.
"What if you get caught?" I said and then he stopped walking. He turned to me and put a hand on my jawline, leaning into me.
"I'm invisible, and I didn't think you would care that much."
"Of course I care, you're like the hero of the movie." I said in a lower voice, "Even though I prefer the villain."
He smiled warmly, making my heart melt and I shuddered from his presence. "I wanted to be the villain aswell, but I'll always be the villain in our little movie." He whispered before capturing my lips in his.
Will POV:
Leaning against the wall as always, I crossed my arms. I tried to clear my mind so I could focus on their upcoming meeting yet I couldn't stop thinking about my little heroine.
"We are failing." Mark started, breaking the charged silence.
Liam POV:
I wanted to shut my eyes close or take out my eyeballs myself. But I couldn't look away. He bit out my sister's nipple while pulling hard on the muscle inside her pussy.
There is nothing more torturous for me more than seeing my Ela getting hurt so bad. She wasn't screaming, not even a whimper. Not one single tear. Her eyes were shut close, and I could almost loudly hear her thoughts. I know her, very well.
"It's time to move." Jordan said, walking towards Chris from behind.
I suddenly remembered about Leah. I saw her last at my aunt's childhood friend's story house. She went to pee right? What happen to her then? Did she get murdered? Did she get lost? Did she get captured by The Red Bo- Oh that's even worse.
"Is it now?" Chris asked, tucking Ela's hair behind her ear with his hand covered with her blood. "I thought we could stay a little longer here." He said before shoving Ela's hair in her mouth.
"Nah I've been seeing the police cars around here alot."
"Go ahead then," Chris said, getting up to face Jordan. "Kill them and we'll leave the bodies here."
He turned to me, "Except this little guy."
"The beloved sister of his?"
"Nah we'll just leave her to rot here." He said before shooting her between her thighs and next in her chest.
Leah POV:
I braided my hair as I waited for Will to come back. I can confirm that I'm truly in love with this man, and I'm very concerned for myself.
I still worry about him not being real.
A cute little puppy with curly ginger hair came running inside the alley with its little legs. I thought it was coming to me but then it sat across from me, a little further.
I couldn't resist its cuteness and walked up to it, kneeling down. "Hey there little guy!" I whispered with a smile. It reminded me of peanut, my old dog which existed when my life was perfect.
A tear slipped down my cheek as I petted it and its tail wagged aggressively. Then I saw a tall figure walking in the alley towards us. Wasn't long before it got close enough with long strides.
I felt something warm and soft on my toes, "Leah move!" Will said quietly as I looked down to see the dog shitting on me. Shit.
"I hate my life." I said and shooed away the puppy. "I'll go clean up in a nearby washroom."
Will POV:
She walked away slowly and I almost stepped on the dogshit.
I put my hands in my pockets and blankly stared at the puppy who was licking its paws. I slowly stepped forward to it and kneeled down to pet it 2 times before shoving my handy knife in its throat. I stabbed it as many times I could before Leah was back.
I took out a black bag from the trash can and fitted the body inside before wiping the blood off my hands with a tissue on the ground.
I walked towards Leah with long strides before she could get here and see the blood smeared on the ground back there. "You good?" I asked and checked her for any bite marks.
"Yea-" She gagged. "Sorry I'm just too weirded out."
I slid my arms inside her shirt and breathed in her scent from her neck, stealing her warmth.
She clutched my hoodie on my back and it wasn't long before I felt something warm and wet on my chest, where Leah's face was.
I pulled away and lowered my head to face her and then wiped her tears with my thumb before giving a few pecks on her cheek.
