Percy:

After leaving Umbridge stunned Nico and I were gonna head to our next class. Except an owl landed on Nico with a letter. Even magic owls don't like me. The letter was in Annabeth's handwriting
'Head to Dumbledore's office.
~ Annabeth
Ps, Will says to not shadow travel.'

The letter was luckily written in Ancient Greek so we could read it. Nico decided to ignore it and grabbed me and shadow traveled us into Dumbledore's office.

In the office stood the gorgeous and smart Annabeth Chase. She was wearing her Camp Half Blood counselor hoodie, a pair of jeans, and a beaded necklace. I ran straight to her and tackled her in a hug. "Wise girl, when did you get here?" "Not to long ago. Chiron did some work with the mist and managed to get flights to Scotland. Dumbledore then apparated to the airport and got us. Percy there's this super cute village near the castle we have to visit! Speaking of the castle have you seen the architecture? It's gorgeous." I kissed her and when we separated from the kiss she smiled and hugged me.

Meanwhile Nico was being scolded and hugged by Will. The son of Hades was very much fighting back a smile.

"I hate to break up this happy reunion but we do need to explain why Ms. Chase and Mr. Solace
are here," Dumbledore pointed out affectively stopping the son of Apollos rant on health.

"I have an idea and I've already talked it over with Chiron," The daughter of Athena said. "We will tell the student body that Chiron and the Ministry of Magic started talking to each other when Nico and Percy ended up here. During their discussion they decided to try and bridge this centuries old hatred between our two worlds." Annabeth stopped speaking to make sure we were all following along. When she saw that everyone was she continued, "so two more demigods were sent to help and at Christmas a few more demigods, Chiron, and possibly Mr. D will come here for a party or ball whatever you decide Mr. Dumbledore," Annabeth looked at Dumbledore waiting for a response.

"I like it, isn't Annabeth the best?" Dumbledore ignored me and said, "this is a well thought out plan Ms. Chase. I will explain this to the school at Supper tonight."  Annabeth smiled and I gave her a high five. "I'm sure Percy and Nico can show you around. Please make sure to attend your classes though. I believe you are in potions right now. Don't worry about your bags they will be escorted to your beds." I grabbed Annabeth's hand and walked to Snape's class.

"You're late," said the potions professor. "Yeah, we got caught up in Dumbledore's office. These two will be joining us," I wrapped my arm around the daughter of Athena while the two blonds just waved. "Are they both demigods?" Snape asked sounding very annoyed. "Yes sir, we are professor Dumbledore said that he'll be explaining to the whole school why we came tonight during dinner," Annabeth explained to Snape. Snape turned towards the board while instructing us to all find an empty seat.

Annabeth sat next to me and kept whacking my hand anytime I tried to braid her hair saying, "I want to learn this stuff."

Snape instructed us to partner with our neighbor to make something called a draught of peace, I don't know what that does, I feel like Snape did explain it though.

"Ok Percy, I'm going to get the ingredients you stay here." I was so excited to be working with Annabeth that I didn't argue and let her go grab what was needed. Annabeth walked back with supplies and started to work on the potion. "Right now I'm not liking being a half blood," Annabeth complained. "Why's that wisegirl, is it the monsters, or the gods this time?" I asked watching her try to figure out the potion. "No, it's the dyslexia and the magic right now." "Yeah, that's one fault of being here, magic just doesn't work for or on us, we can feel spells and stuff hit us but it doesn't do anything but sting," I explained to my gorgeous girlfriend.

"Try controlling it see if the godly magic does anything," Annabeth suggested moving out of the way for me to move closer. I waved my hand in a spinny motion, the liquid followed the direction my hand was going but nothing happened. Annabeth sat down defeated. "At least we aren't being graded," I pointed out. "You're right, and I'm sure I can ask the Hecate cabin to teach me potions," Annabeth said lightening up. Unfortunately Snape heard her

"Demigods can't make potions so you'll never succeed in this field," Annabeth glared at him then corrected him, "actually, the children of Hecate make tons of potions. Just last week they made a potion to help some of the campers with nightmares. Also, I don't really need potions when I'm going to be helping rebuild Olympus."

"Demigods can't do magic," Snape stated. "No they can't do wizards magic. Olympus is full of magic and we are part god and therefore can do magic." "There's no difference," Snape argued. "Your magic comes from a blessing from Hecate that's been passed down. This gift has been passed down so much that it has to be accessed by things like wands. The only reason that gift is still here today is because Hecate allows it to be here. Demigods are half god. Our connection to godly magic doesn't come from a blessing but from our parentage. Percy for lack of better words,  is part ocean," everyone one in the class looked at me, "sup," I said waving at them.

Nico and Will looked to be having a crisis. Wise girl rolled her eyes and continued. "We can't use your magic because we are used to it being apart of us, you have to use tools in order to access your magic we don't."

I jumped in cause well let's blame adhd, "basically a gift from a god is powerful but the original source is more complex."

Nico:

While Annabeth spoke to the professor about magic Will and I got to talking and trying to calm each other down. "I'm half sun, music, healing, plague, and archery?" "No Will I don't think that's exactly how that works, she was using words that make it easier to understand. At least I hope for my sake," I tried to reason. "Oh right you'd be half underworld, and wealth. I thought you liked the underworld though?" "I do but it's still weird," I explained. The son of Apollo nodded in understanding.

I looked over at Annabeth who sat across the room from us and she looked ready to kill, "no I didn't say that you were weaker than us I said that our magic is different." This time she wasn't talking to Snape but a student who I think was Ravenclaw.

"Annabeth, is probably gonna hurt someone before the end of class," Will whispered to me making sure no one heard him. The entire class stopped making their potions and were listening intently to the discussion that was being had with the daughter of Athena. "Nope, Percy will make sure she doesn't have to bloody her hands." I whispered back to Will. "We should probably get them out of here," Will stood up and I followed. Will grabbed Annabeth while I grabbed Percy and we ushered them out the door.

"We are not making it to Christmas," I said to Will. Will just solemnly shook his head.
