Before you read, I am not making fun of Christianity. I myself am a Christian. (Not Catholic tho I don't really align with a denomination).Percy:
For some reason Dumbledore had us, and by us I mean, Annabeth, Will, Nico, and I go with Harry and the Weasleys. Annabeth's assumption is he wanted us to keep a look out for monsters. Thalia didn't join us, I don't know if she was even made aware of the situation. So, here we are at a hospital called Saint Mungo's or something.
Harry and the Weasley family were all in the room while us demigods waited outside. We haven't met Mr. Or Mrs. Weasley yet or really any of the Weasley family except for the ones who attend Hogwarts. Dumbledore told us that they agreed to let us stay for Christmas Break.
While we waited Nico and Will were arguing while I was trying to figure out how paintings can travel and Annabeth sketched in her notebook. I was brought out of my thoughts by Nico's voice growing louder. "Of course I know about the Saints. Saint Mungo is a Saint! I was born in Italy in the 1930s to a Catholic family! Why are you surprised I know about the saints?" "I believe you know about the saints Nico. I'm asking why you keep mentioning the hospitals name?" Will tried to calm the younger/older boy down. "Because I want to know if there's Catholic wizards," Nico explained. "You know, I'm curious to. Wait who's Saint Mungo?" I jumped in. "Saint Mungo in short was a missionary," Nico explained. "Wait, Nico, are you Catholic?" Annabeth asked. "Haven't really thought about it," Nico answered.
"My first day at camp I go confused and thought Chiron meant I was the son of the Christian god," I admitted earning me a bunch of disgruntled looks. "What?" I asked innocently "you truly are a seaweed brain. You see a greek monster, Greek architecture, a Satyr, and that's your conclusion?" Annabeth joked smiling at me. "I was 12, that's my defense," I said throwing my hands up.
Finally, the Weasley family, except Arthur all left the room telling us we are heading home. We arrived in what appeared to be a normal mortal/muggle neighborhood. That was until a house appeared in between the houses that looked like something Hades would have built. "Neeks, did your dad make this?" I joked, Nico hit my arm rolling his eyes.
"Well come along," Mrs. Weasley said rushing us into the dreary house. "Welcome to 12 Grimmauld Place. I'm Molly Weasley, but you may call me Molly. Can I get your names?" Molly asked, Annabeth stepped forward smiling and introduced us. When she finished Molly turned to the others in the room, "I'm going to make supper. Can someone show our guests to their rooms?" Before getting an answer Molly walked towards the kitchen. "I'm Sirius Black, I heard you're demigods?" A man with long black hair introduced himself.
"Yes, we are, I recognize your name," Annabeth stated. "I've been in the news a lot," was all Sirius said. Annabeth nodded not pushing the matter. A man with lighter hair and patched clothes reached his hand out and introduced himself, "Remus Lupin," then sat down next to Sirius. A girl with pink hair stood and said, "I'm Tonks-" before Tonks could say anything a short old man with one eye stood up and walked towards us.
"How do we know you won't attack us? From my understanding Demigods don't like wizards," "Moody, that's enough," Tonks stated. "We have no issues with Wizards. We actually haven't really thought about your world in awhile. We have no plans on attacking. Our world is also at risk," I tried to reason.
"Your world is probably fine. You have gods to fight your battles," the now named Moody argued. I couldn't help it, I laughed. "The gods won't help us until they themselves are threatened. Even when I was kidnapped my dad didn't come help me. When Percy was missing Poseidon, his dad didn't help him. I could go on, but basically, the gods won't help us till the last minute, if we're lucky," Nico tried to explain to the older wizard who just huffed in response.
"I'll show you to your room," Ginny offered grabbing Annabeth's arm and guiding her. Ron and Harry motioned for us to follow them. "So hard to ask for one mortal to not assume being a demigod is easy?" I asked, Will and Nico shrugged.
We entered a black room and Harry told us to pick an empty bed. We sat our stuff down and two red heads entered soon after, "hello" "you four" "how" "are" "Travis" "and" "Connor?" The twins asked switching words through the sentence. "They're good, I figured it was you four who pranked Umbridge," Will asked stifling a laugh. "Us?" "Never!" The two feigned innocence. "She had it coming," Nico commented. "She only had herself to blame," Will sang. We all turned to him confused. "What none of you watch musicals? Uncultured" Nico and I began to protest leaving the wizards confused. "What did he say?" Asked a confused Ron. "He called us uncultured," I answered. Then the wizards joined in the protesting while Will just sat on his bed smiling.
Three minutes into our protests we heard the door opening to show a worried Ginny and Annabeth. "What's going on?" Annabeth asked. I quickly explained what happened. "Yeah, I agree with Will, how have you not at least listened to Chicago?" Annabeth asked dumbfounded. "What's Chicago?" Ginny asked and the arguing resumed. Until Molly opened the door telling us it was time to eat.
Dinner was delicious and we all traded stories about our worlds and laughed at funny memories. Then Moody brought up the Order meeting telling us demigods that we are joining. Molly protested that, "they are just kids!"
All of demigods turned to look at each other the same look of annoyance plastered on our faces. "With all due respect Molly," Will began, "we've fought in two wars. Percy lead many battles and lead two major battles. Nico helped turn the tides of many battles, Annabeth stood alongside Percy at every battle and helped him make battle plans. She also is a big reason why we were able to prevent a civil war," Will explained to Molly.Nico decided to jump saying, "Will helped deliver a baby during a battle. He also saved numerous lives and took up the role as head medic and counselor of the Apollo cabin during a battle as a teen. He's also a wonderful archer and singer." Will began to blush and smile sheepishly.
"None of that should've happened you're just kids," Molly exclaimed looking astonished at what was said. "The monsters don't see it that way," I mumbled Annabeth kicked me mouthing "not helpful." "What Percy means is, we have to fight to live we've all been fighting our whole lives. We don't get the luxury of 'protect the kids.' We fight or we die. I get that you want to protect us and we appreciate it but we are already tied into this the best thing you can do is let us do what we need to," Annabeth explained. Molly reluctantly nodded saying she understood.
"If they get to join we should!" Ron began protesting. "No." Molly snapped. "But this is about Harry! We should be able to join," Ron argued. "He's got a point," Sirius commented. "No, they are children who are inexperienced," Molly remarked. "So are they," Ron said. "Ok, one no we have more experience then everyone in this room combined. Two, Molly I get you want to protect them but sheltering someone from someone who is actively searching for them to kill them is not helpful," I argued. "You-know-who is after Harry to kill him," Sirius pointed out. "Fine, Harry can join but only Harry," Molly relented. "He'll just tell me what's going on," Ron argued. "Then you find out through him this conversation is over," Molly resumed eating her meal ignoring the protests from her kids.
