Jade's Dragon

3rd Person's POV...

After the events of Weapons of Destiny, Jade finally got the Chained Sickle of Magic and it was with its rightful owner, while everyone else in the Monastery was asleep. She however was awake and had just stared at the ceiling for, unable to close her eyes and drift off to dream land.

'I need to find my dragon.' She thought before slowly getting up from her bed and grabbed the chained sickle of magic, she slowly opened the door to make sure nobody was outside. She slowly walked away from her bedroom door and silently left the monastery.

Once she got outside, she headed to the forest of tranquility to find her dragon, 'If the boy's dragons were with their golden weapons then mine should be where I found it too. Right?' She soon arrived at the forest, and went to the same tree from before.

"Where are you, dragon?" She mumbled to herself, she touched the initials, 'T + C.' Again and took a deep breath, suddenly there was a roar that was loud, it caused birds to fly away from their resting spots. "Is it?" She started running towards the roaring. It got louder and louder as she continued running.

Suddenly she stopped, there was a cave, the roaring became clear that it was from the cave, Jade slowly took out her weapon and walked into the cave, "Hello? Any dragons here?" Jade said, waiting for the dragon to respond with a roar; suddenly a roar happened again and bats were flying in her direction, "Aaah!" Jade screamed as she swatted the bats away from her.

She walked deeper and deeper inside the cave, hoping to find her dragon, "They have to be here, right?" Jade mumbled to herself, "Unless, they aren't." She said, before shaking her head getting the negative thoughts out of her head, "No time for that Jade, I need to find my dragon first."

Jade continued to walk until she found them. It was her dragon, "Dragon?" She asked, the dragon opened its eye and looked at Jade before standing up and staring at her again. "I'm Jade." She shows the dragon the chained sickle of magic, "I-I'm the current owner of this." She said, the dragon sniffed her before nodding its head, "You understand? You know I'm your friend, right?"

The dragon nods, understanding every word Jade is saying, "Okay, then. Let's get back to the monastery." Jade walks out the cave with the dragon following her. Once they were out in the open, the dragon let Jade get on them, "Thanks. Let's go." The dragon started to fly to the monastery, "Whee!" Jade said, "This is so awesome!" She yelled, feeling the night cold air in her lungs.

After a while of flying, they arrived at the monastery, "Thanks girl." Jade said, getting off the dragon, "You need a name. How about Emerald?" (Shoutout to Tara who suggested this name!) Jade waited for the dragon's approval and soon enough the dragon nodded, "Great! Emerald it is!"

Seeing how late it had gotten, Jade was walking inside before turning to the dragon-now named Emerald, "Good night Emerald." Jade said before heading to her room and going to sleep finally catching up on the rest she needed.

(Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't posted this chapter, it was hard trying to make this chapter but I hope everyone likes it! I'm gonna be working on the first chapter of Season 1 soon so I hope you guys can enjoy it when it comes out!
