As the car drove by through the silent night, the kids keenly were observing all the shops that went by so they could spot a grocery store or an ice cream parlour. Little Ekansh lay asleep on his mother's chest.

" Nanna Look look!" Veer exclaimed pointing at an ice cream parlour. Vikram sighed and parked the car beside the shop.

" Sai stay with Ekansh, I'll go get the ice cream." He told her

" Nanna take us!" Arav pleaded

" You both can come along, Sai what do you want?"

" Chocolate ice cream with a lot of choco chips." She said brushing ekansh's hair. Saira loved ice cream, she wasn't going to let it pass when her husband himself was buying it.

" Amma cone or cup." Veer asked

" Tub." She muttered.

" Huh?" Vikram looked at her confused.

" Cup I mean cup." She quickly corrected making Vikram smile, of course he knew about his family's secret ice cream meeting when they thought he was asleep.

Ekansh woke up after the three left being all cranky, his lips wobbled as tears formed in his eyes.

" Shh nanna will bring ice cream, will my Ansh have ice cream?"she said bouncing the little boy.

" Ma ma ichy ichy!" He babbled looking for his favourite treat, though she couldn't give him too much she still let him have a bite or two.

" Ichy?" The little boy looked around

" Nanna will bring it!" She said squeezing his chubby cheeks

" Da da la la la ichy ichy."

The car door opened, Arav and Veer settled in and Vikram handed them their ice creams. He then walked towards the drivers seat and sat down handing Saira her cup ice cream and a family pack.

Saira couldn't help but smile, of course he had heard it.

" Ma ma." The little boy blabbered wanting to get her attention.

" wait bubba." She said and fed him some.

" Is it good? Hmm tell me." She asked making the boy giggle.

Saira looked at her husband whose eyes were on the road, she forwarded a spoon full of ice cream near his lip.

" Have a bite." She muttered to which he obliged.

When they arrived at the hotel the staff helped unloaded the luggage and the valet took the keys. Vikram was holding Arav and Veer in his arms as they were already asleep and Saira had Ekansh.

As soon as they got into their hotel room, Vikram laid Arav and Veer in one room as she knew Ekansh would sleep with them.

" Go take a bath and change first, I'll change Veer and Arav into their PJ's" he told her.

Saira removed all the jewellery first safely placing them in the box and made a mental note to hand it over to her husband.

After taking a bath and changing she saw Ekansh too was in his PJ's and was laying on their bed fast asleep with pillows surrounding him. She heard the water running in the other washroom.

She folded the kids clothes and neatly kept it in the laundry bag. Vikram walked in towel wrapped around his waist, water droplets falling from his wet hair.

Saira quickly handed him another towel so he could dry his wet hair and handed him his nightdress as well.

" here." She said giving him the jewellery box.
