THE COUPLE AWOKE to the blinds once again being lifted in the morning. Coast groaned at the sunlight and buried her face deeper into Sam's neck making him laugh.
The two were opposites in the morning, one a ray of sunshine, the other a grumpy gremlin. The rest of the couples all laughed at Coast's usual reaction to the morning.
Coast kissed the boy's cheek and walked to the dressing room to get ready. Brushing her teeth she came to the conclusion that she didn't want to talk to anyone til Sam made her breakfast. Ignoring all the girls she continued to get ready, not putting any makeup on as she hates the melting feeling in the heat. She put her hair into a loose braid with her shells intertwined. The girl threw on an ocean blue triangle top and matching swim shorts.
The girl walked down the stairs and smiled as Sam was sitting in the kitchen with her smoothie in hand waiting for his morning gremlin.
"Thank you Sammy," Coast leaned up and pecked his lips, her mood instantly raising. The two sat down by the pool while they finished their smoothies. Once the sweet drink was finished Coast went to get in the pool and cool off but was interrupted by Connor.
"Hey Coast, mind if we go for a chat?" Sam was already in the pool and just looked to the brunette for a reaction.
With a stoic look on her face she nodded, "Sure sounds fun."
She glanced at Sam and returned the smile he was giving her. "Don't have too much fun now." His tone was teasing but Coast knew it was his indicator to Connor not to fuck around.
The boy led Coast over to the couches and sat down in a corner, Coast walked slowly behind him analyzing the way he walked. Like a lego character. It irked the girl, she knew already that she wasn't going to click with Connor in the way the boy hoped.
They sat down and Connor broke the silence, "So, how are you feeling about you and Sam? How do you feel it's going?" Connor went straight to it.
Coast cleared her throat, "I'm feeling really good about us, we have a really strong connection. He's definitely my number one guy right now, I'm still open to getting to know others but I think Sam and I have something really good going."
Connor nodded, "I'm picking up what you're laying down. I'd still really like to get to know you better but I understand wanting to focus on you and Sam."
Coast smiled, "Yeah, I'd like to get to know you as well I just think you should know where I stand. But anyways tell me about yourself."
SAM WAS SAT with Kendall and Hannah at the pool. Kendall had noticed Coast with Connor and came to cheer up his friend.
"How do you feel about Connor asking Coast for a chat?"
Sam sighed, "It's her choice mate, if she chooses to get to know Connor I'll support her as long as she's happy. She was nothing but supportive when Liv wanted to chat. I have to reciprocate that."
