Secret And Silent Chaos

° Chapter 5 °

ALBUS POV-

After the train ride, Scorpius and I with the other 1st year gather together with a giant man. I think this is Hagrid that father told us. He makes us follow him to different places from other students to the lake and tells us to pair up and pick up our boat.

Scorpius and I took our boat and took off with others. In the middle of the ride,i saw the Rose boat with a girl that i think she meets at the train. Once Rose caught my glance,she gave me glare that I'm sure she wants to say she is mad at me for still being together with Scorpius.

I think Scorpius also saw Rose because he suddenly put his hands on my shoulder and gave me an apology face. I shock my head and say that I'm fine. After a few minutes, I saw a huge castle in front of us, making me and other gasps in amazed.

Suddenly, I feel the wind blowing on my face. It's pretty cold but also comfortable. I feel like the wind was brushing my cheeks and hair.

It makes me relax and makes me feel like I'm home and belong here. Well, I do hope i belong here. Although I'm still scared of what it has for me inside.

Our boat finally landed and we got out of it. We went to the stairs and met a young blonde haired lady. She introduced herself as Luna Longbottom,the deputy Headmistress.

' So She is Luna'

Mrs Longbottom welcomed us to Hogwarts and explained to us about the resort into the Hogwarts house. After that,we followed her inside the Great Hall. Once I was inside, i was so amazed.

Everything in here looks so much more beautiful and more stunning than James told me. I glanced over at Scorpius and he also had the same reaction. I looked over the table that was separate from the house.

I looked over the red table and spotted my brother there. Once he met my eyes, he waved at me and mouthed 'good luck'. I gave him a nod and continued walking until all of 1st year was in front of the table.

The old woman stood up in her chair and announced the resort to begin and black hat in front of us started singing. I don't know why but I suddenly remember James singing when I caught him in the bathroom. Once the hat finishes, Mrs Longbottom opens up a parchment and starts to call a name.

A girl i recognize sitting with Rose on the boat comes in front and sitting on the chair and Mrs Longbottom places the hat on her. After a few moments, the hat suddenly yells,

"GRYFFINDOR!!"

Those making me and another 1st year jump in shock. Without realizing, i clutch myself on Scorpius tightly. It's just,it reminded me of the sound mom and dad use while fighting one night.

"Albus, are you ok?" Scorpius whispered to me as the resort continued. I just take a few deep breaths to calm myself down. I let go of his arm

"It's nothing. The sound is just too loud for me" i said and yelp again a little when the hat was yelling again. Scorpius put his arm around my shoulder and comforted me. I found myself a little bit calmer.

I decided to look at the teacher table and spotted Uncle Remus and Sirius. I saw uncle Remus give me a smug smile that makes me blush. I then look at uncle Sirius but he seems to not be pleasant by my distance with Scorpius.

Uncle Remus seems to notice the look of uncle Sirius and smack his head making him groan in pain. I chuckle a little before remembering something.

If uncle Remus and Sirius were here then they were probably gonna tell dad about Scorpius. I suddenly feel myself panic a little before taking a deep breath to calm myself again. I decided to look away and spot someone sitting beside uncle Remus.

I found he was staring at me deeply. I looked at his onyx eyes. I found myself creeping a little but I don't know why I also found myself comfortable in those eyes. We like having a stare competition when i hear a Scorpius named been called.

He let go of me and went in front. He was sitting down and I saw that the hat barely touched his head when it screamed,

"SLYTHERIN!!!"

He went down and went to sit at the Slytherin table.

"Potter, Albus" i was jumping a little when my name was called but quickly recovered and went in front. I took my seat and the hat was placed at my head.

"Well well , look who we have here ,another Potter"

'Are you the hats?'

"Why yes little one. Now let's see where to put you."

' Shouldn't I be in Gryffindor like my family? You put my brother in Gryffindor'

"James Sirius Potter belongs to Gryffindor. He has bravery that really impressed me. I am not putting students due to their parents house if the student thinks they belong to another house . So,do you want to choose your own house, little one?"

'I.......i don't know '

"What about i help you then. Let's see very smart and I can feel the desire to prove yourself but I can also feel your unpleasant emotions."

'I just have some rough time '

"Oh, you need help little one. I know the best person who can help you. For that you better be....."

"SLYTHERIN!!!"
