Her Heartbeat stopped hearing the girl.
She forgot how to breathe.

Tears ran down her eyes.  What was his fault in this. Why he had to go through all the pains and sufferings?
Madiha Begum became stunned. She realised that It was her hate and bitterness which had brought them into this position today.
How can a person be this much blind, not to see her son suffering.

That's why she didn't even notice her own son's pain.
For the first time ever Madiha Begum felt miserable. She felt powerless.

"He is fine now and sleeping, don't take tension. He fainted because of weakness. Make him eat properly and don't pressure him for anything.
I have written down the medicines and some instructions. Follow them and I hope he will be fine in some days.
The doctor checked Sadiq and Told them to follow the instructions.
All this time Ayesha and His mother didn't leave him for a single moment. They were with him all the time.
Ayesha was sitting on the bed beside Sadiq's sleeping body. She was holding his hand into her hand tightly as if promising him that she will never leave him again.
Madiha Begum saw this and felt guilty.
She was the girl whom she hated from childhood but she! She always loved Her son by her heart.
She was the one who Hurted these two innocent souls and now she understood her mistakes. She was ready to repent for her mistakes.
