Her whole world shook and the whole body trembled hearing His name. Immediately she looked over the direction where the Man was Seated. There was He sitting in the Sofa with a neutral expression. Her eyes couldn't believe what it was seeing.
He was the Guy Her mother was talking about?
Confusion was written over the face. She wasn't understanding anything.
Why would he agree to marry Her?
After everything she did to him, He should be hating her.
This is wrong! He deserves Someone better than me.
Ashfa Begum cleared her voice and called her softly.
"Yasmine, I know you must be surprised to see Azaan and His mother. But I felt he is perfect for You. That night when I was in Hospital, Azaan and his mother was there with You all the time. They are nice people and never gave any second thought about helping you that night. I believe ,You will be happy with them my daughter "
Yasmine looked at Her mother's face and then Azaan's mother's face.
His mother gave her a warm smile.
"I know dear it's a sudden decision but You don't need to hurry. Take your time and get to know each other. "

The two ladies left the couple alone to talk with each other. Yasmine was continuously fidgeting with her fingers nervously. She didn't know where to start. There were many things she wanted to say but she couldn't form any words.
They were strangers with beautiful memories.
They knew there were many things which had to be cleared. They just didn't know where to start.
"How are you Azaan?"
Breaking the tension between them Yasmine asked Him after gathering some strength.
"I am doing Fine"
Azaan replied with his cold voice.
Yasmine noticed his blank face. He had a neutral expression on his face. Seeing his face Yasmine's little hope inside her heart died.
Maybe he was forced by his mother to come here. And why Would He marry her when she was the one Who destroyed his heart.
Yasmine concluded This in her mind that He doesn't love her anymore.
She sighed sadly and started talking.
"Azaan I know whatever I have done in the past is wrong. I am not justifying it. But believe me I did it for my father."
Azaan was staring at her deeply as if he was staring at her soul.
"I-i only loved one guy in my life t-that is you.
I know after what I did you must be hating me.
B-but trust me I had no option in my hand "
She fisted her hands tightly. Her eyes were closed and tears were falling from it.
"I-i am sorry Azaan. I betrayed You, broke your trust. I am not worthy of your love."
Azaan's eyes were turning red by now, her words were creating havoc in his mind and head.
"Don't worry about the proposal, I will tell Ma that I won't marry you."
She wiped her tears furiously with the hands and whispered softly.
"I love you Azaan and I really hope you find someone far better than this betrayer"
Dark clouds started gathering in the blue sky hiding the beautiful sun rays. Indicating that rain will come down soon. The bird started flapping its wings furiously understanding the heaviness of the atmosphere.
