Today is the engagement. I was getting ready. The beauticians did my makeup and hair. They gave me some compliments. After the beauticians went outside, his mother came inside the room and took me to the hall with her.

She took me to the stage. I saw Advay sitting on the sofa looking down at his phone. I was going upstairs but my lehenga was too heavy that I was not able to climb the stairs properly.
He looked up at me and put his phone in his pocket and came towards me. He forward his hand for help. I extended his hand to help me and I climbed the stairs. We both sat on the sofa.
"Hey, are you okay?" Advay looked at me with concern.
"Yes"
"You are looking so nervous."
"No, I am not nervous." I lied.
"Okay. If you feel uncomfortable here, you can tell me."
"Okay" I smiled at him.
I was nervous because there were a lot of people. Everyone was looking at us.
After sometime, Vidhi came with the rings and we both stood in the middle of the stage and faced each other.

We exchanged the rings. He extended his hand and I put the ring on his finger and then he put the ring on my finger.
After the ring ceremony, his friends and cousins preformed a dance. After their performances , Vidhi asked us to dance.
Advay took my hand in his and helped me up the stairs of the stage. He took me to the centre of the stage.
He held my waist and pull me closer to him by my waist. I shivered on his soft touch. He smiled looking into my eyes. He pulled me more closer to him. I put my hands on his shoulders and we move on the beats.
He leaned towards my ear and whispered "You are looking so beautiful, butterfly."
