I'm going to obliterate your word count.

A few things to keep in mind:

Lightly running is jogging.

Speaking loudly is shouting.

Forcefully hitting is punching or slapping.

Quickly looking is glancing.

Forcefully tossing is throwing.

Consider these:

He lightly ran to the end of the block. VS He jogged to the end of the block.

She forcefully hit him in the stomach. VS She punched him in the stomach.

On a similar note:

Caresses are soft or gentle.

Crashes are loud.

Jerking movements are sudden or quick.

Glances are also quick. So are slamming, bolting, running, darting.

Spikes in emotion or heartbeat, or panting or shivering, are all usually uncontrollable.

Easing is slow.

There’s rarely a need to reiterate it in writing.

He softly caressed her face. VS He caressed her face.

She quickly darted to the door. VS She darted to the door.

While we're at it:

Glancing is with the eyes.

And, unless otherwise noted:

Touching is with the fingers.

Speaking is with the mouth.

Kissing is with the lips.

Clothes are being worn.

So, when writing, assume your readers understand what part of the body is involved in each basic action.

He kissed her with his lips.

Unless there’s some reason to emphasize “lips”, don’t.
