Perhaps writing this book is procrastination in itself. But, at least, in doing so, I can help you. In this book, I'll be giving writing advice. No 5-page entries, just my advice in its most concise, blunt form. Enjoy.

~Letters to X~ maybe one day they'll find out

Gwen has always been shy and timid, sticking to herself is what she's best at. Gwen does not seek out crazy adventures, to be perfectly clear she prefers to stay in her apartment reading. One night however all that changes. As Gwen is walking home from the grocery store she has a creepy feeling. Gwen has to face some of the biggest and most frightening challenges she has ever encountered. Will she be able to over come these challenges or will love lead to her downfall?

Any girl of sixteen always dreams of getting her first "serious" boyfriend. So she can actually experience the hard grip of true love. But Miss Victoria Night has already had that feeling for a while. But even though she's already felt that strong emotion, she's never experienced something as strong as death in it's cruelest form- when it takes away the one you feel strongly for. When death's hand claims Jack Sommers after Victoria moves away, she's crushed. But not for long... Because he's began reappearing and it's not in his normal form. He seems a little... transparent. Aren't ghosts transparent? AUTHOR'S NOTE: This story will be updated every day of October because it is my "October story." The date in the story is not the same date as the chapter. Each chapter title is the date it was posted. Then you'll know whether to expect another update that day. This story is in the Watty Awards 2011. This is a poem I wrote for my World Lit class. The assignment was the write a found poem based on the story "Shooting an Elephant" by George Orwell. A found poem is when you only use words used by the original author(which I followed loosely lol). "Shooting an Elephant" was written in 1936 and Orwell tells the real story of how his job as a British Imperial Officer led to him shooting an innocent elephant to impress the natives of Burma. It is a really good short story and I suggest you all go read it:) Enjoy!! Please comment some constructive criticisms and let me know if you like it!
