             Jessie's POV

   I rolled my neck pacing the emergency vets room. There was a knock on the door and in walked Pharaoh and Randy. "How is he?" Randy said looking down at me. Wringing my hands together I let out a breath. "He's in surgery. I told them to do whatever to save him. I'm assuming it's what she would want" I told him. I continued pacing. "I'm gonna fucking  kill him" I laughed. Randy looked at me. "You know who did it? Anna doesn't remember anything" he said looking sad. "Oh yeah. And I'm gonna make him pay" "Jess just go to the police he I'd facing charges" Randy told me. "No why should i after what he did to her. To moxley. The dog is named after him for fucks sake Randy. He. Will. Pay." I said staring at him pausing after each word.

Pharaoh laid on the floor letting out a sigh. "Please Jess don't do anything stupid. I promised your dad I would look after you" Randy said looking at me. I let out a breath. "Oh fine. I promise you I won't do anything stupid" I sat down beside him. There was a knock on the door and a vet tech walked in. "Jessie?" He said looking at me. "Yeah how is my friends dog?" I asked standing up. I couldn't shake the nerves. If I would have just went to the bus sooner. None if this would have happened. "Well Moxley, He had some internal bleeding we got that under control. He has a broken leg and a few cracked ribs. There was also something else we found while we were in there" the vet tech paused. "We found mass cell tumors in his leg. The one that is broke. We can amputate to slow down the spread but we need permission. "Oh fuck me" I breathed out. Randy handed me Pharaoh's leash "let me call Cody" he said.

              Annas pov

   Cody let go of my hand to answer his phone. "Yo Randy what's going on?" He said. He paused and looked concerned. My heart stopped. I couldn't lose mox too. "What is it?" I whispered trying to sit up wincing from the pain. "Anna lay back down I'm serious "he said looking at me. I laid back down but poked his side "is it Moxley? " He nodded. "He ca-" Cody cut me off "hang on randy" he put his phone on mute. "Listen baby. I need you to listen and not freak out. I need a answer from you now. Mox is almost out if surgery he has a broken leg a few cracked ribz and had some eternal bleeding. They got it under control. but they found cancer in his leg. They need to know if they can amputate to hopefully stop the spread of it" "yes if they can stop it stop it" I took deep breaths. Trying not to freak put when I seen Paul walk in. "Do it. Do what you have to save him i have to go Randy keep me updated" Cody said.  "Baby he's gonna be okay alright. He's almost out of surgery" Cody said sliding in bed with me. He wrapped his arms around me and I laid my head on him. I would not cry in front of Paul.

"I reached out to your mom. Her and Mika are going to get flown out here. I'm sending my private jet. Once you are medically cleared to fly I'm gonna give you some time off" Paul said. "Cody your champ I can give you some but I'm sorry I can't give you as much as Anna" he said. I nodded my head. "I uh understand sir" Cody said. There was a knock and the nurse popped in "sorry just need to check your vitals" she said. I had been in the hospital since last night. I was hoping they would let me go soon. I did not want my mom seeing me in here. "Hey you uh you didn't tell her why right?" I squinted trying not to cry. The last time my mom was in the hospital she had witnessed my dad dying. "No I just said I was gonna fly her out. It's your business on what you tell her. I have to get to work but please let me know where to send your mom and friend okay" he patted my leg and shook Cody's hand. "150 over 90 so it is getting better" the nurse smiled at me. "When can I go" I said blanky. I couldn't cry anymore. Everything hurt from my outside to my insides. "I will go talk to the doctor and we will figure it out" she smiled at me and Cody and left.

"Baby I'm so sorry" Cody whispered kissing my forehead. I snuggled unto him regardless the pain. "I wanna go home " I whispered. "I know love I know." Cody's phone rang and he picked up. "Yes. Great that's good news. No we don't know when She's getting out yet. Yes yoi guys can come" he said after saying bye he hung up. "Moxley is out if surgery and in the recovery wing" he said. I let out the breath I was holding that I didn't realize I was holding.

   Later that night

  There was a knock at the hotel door. Jessie and Randy had just left. "I got it don't move" Cody said handing me my water. "I mean it no matter what" he said kissing me. "Oh my God what happened to you" my mom screamed out. Mika rushed over to me looking g concerned. I completely broke when I seen my moms face. Mom wrapped me in her arms. Mika looking at Cody. "She got jumped when uh I was working" he said holding back his pain. I looked at him. Begging him not to say anything about it yet. "Once uh once mox and her get cleared to fly um Paul is gonna fly us all back " he said.

There was another knock on the door and Cody walked over. Looking out the peep hole he smiled a bit. Opening the door in walked Jessie Randy and Moxley. I couldn't contain the smile on my face when i seen my boy. "You can either help me up but I'm seeing my boy regardless of what you say" I told Cody. He and Randy walked over to me and helped me up carefully. I smiled at moxley and wrapped him in my arms. "Well be home soon baby boy "I whispered to him.
