Never again

 I was walking out of the arena when I seen him. My heart hammered in my chest. Was he still friends with him? Did he know what he has done to me? Would he hate me too?  "Anna?" he said looking at me. "y-yes" I told Roman. "How have you been?" He asked walking over to me. "What do you want?" Jessie asked appearing at my side out of no where. Jumping I put my hand on my chest. "Geez Jessie warn a girl" I told her. "Sorry" she said glaring at Roman. "Look I don't want any trouble honest. Anna was a close friend of mine. I wanted to see how she was doing after Jon-" he suddenly stopped talking. I looked up as Cody and Randy appeared. Cody wrapped his arm around my shoulder. "where is he Roman" Cody stated staring at him. "He isn't here. I don't know where he is" Roman said slowly glaring at Cody's belt. "Uh look Rome it was good seeing you, we were close when I was younger yes but a lot has changed. I am not who I used to be" I walked away from him Cody, Randy and Jessie right by my side. I looked over my shoulder. "You tell your boy he has another thing coming if he thinks he is gonna get away with what he did" I walked into the bus and Pharaoh and Moxley greeted us. "I was gonna fuck him up" Jessie said sitting down. "You still have a broken rib Jess" Randy told her sitting the bags down. My phone started going off and I looked down. Mika was facetiming me. Answering I looked at her. "what's wrong?" I asked her. She looked at me tears in her eyes. "Landon cheated on me" she whispered. I could tell she was trying to be quiet. Landon, her fiancé, They were together for three years. "he did what?!" I said. " I went to grab his phone last night i don't even remember why and he freaked. He slammed me against the wall to get me away from the phone." she whispered glancing beside her before leaving the room she was in. "So when he fell asleep I went through his phone" She sat down on her couch. "and what I found, I can't even look at him" she said rubbing her eyes. "You don't deserve him Mika" Cody said appearing on the screen. "I'm gonna leave. I just don't know where to go" she said showing her bags already packed. "Go to my house, bring Salem don't leave her there. Mom will not care" I told her. Salem her kitten she just recently got. "Are you sure?" she asked me. "Mika mom would kick your ass right now if she heard you. Leave before he wakes up and I will call her" I told her. "Okay, I am gonna grab up Salem's things" she whispered. "Call me when you get out of the house" I told her before hanging up.

    Rolling out the tension in my shoulders I called my mom up. "Anna what's wrong? Are you okay?" she answered her voice in a panic. "Yes mom I am sorry for waking you up. It's Mika" I told her. I explained what had happened and that she was gonna need a place to stay. "I'll go down and unlock the door. Do you know when she will be here?" she asked me. "She was gathering up Salem's things so probably like 30 minutes. I love you she's calling me back. I got to go mama" I told her before hanging up. "I am out. He woke up though just as I was leaving" She said. I seen the panic in her eyes. "Just breathe, he doesn't have a car he won't catch up. Plus he has no idea where you are going" I told her calming her down. Randy hopped in the drivers seat to start driving to the next city. Jessie walked over and sat beside him. Cody pulled me into his lap. "We will be in town in a month or so for about a week" I told her. "Do not tell mom I am gonna surprise her later" I told her. She pulled into the driveway to my house. " I love you Mika, I will talk to you later okay?"  I told her hanging up. "You guys sure know how to pick them huh" Randy said from up front with a slap in the arm from Jessie. "hey she is with Cody now don't insult him" she said. I laughed laying my head on Cody's shoulder. Looking down I noticed Moxley was breathing a little heavy. "Mox you okay?" I asked him. He looked up at me and wagged his tail. He is older now and it made me nervous especially with his cancer. "Maybe we go get him checked out just to be safe yeah?" Cody asked me. I nodded my head and turned on the tv. 

 "Anna we are here" I felt a gentle shake on my shoulder. Opening my eyes I seen Cody. They had everything off the bus. How long did i sleep for? I couldn't have slept the whole drive here. Standing up I stretched. It was 9 in the morning, "How did I sleep for the whole way here" I muttered. "Well not sleeping the night before and then not taking a nap will do that to you" Randy said walking around the tour bus. I looked at him. There was no way he knew what me and Cody were doing. "I have good hearing" He said walking towards Jessie. My face went red and I hid in Cody. Cody chuckled pulling me closer to him. "it's not funny" I whispered to him looking at him. "Anna I love you" he said giving me a kiss. "Can I help you  guys?" the receptionist asked. "Hi yeah we have a suite reserved under Rhodes/Orton" Cody said to her. She smiled and gave us the key. Mox walked slowly along with us. Pharaoh was up ahead with Randy and Jessie. " I can not wait til we are home and I can see my mom" I told Cody. I was hoping this month would go fast. "She will be excited to see you too" Cody said letting me walk in the room. This was a bigger suite than I have ever seen. I grabbed the dogs water bowl and filled it up for them. Cody got their food out and gave them breakfast. I walked towards the bedroom. I needed a shower and maybe another nap.
