All I ask

Protector

                A month later

"Left, right, left, right. Kick and sweep" Cody told me. He was teaching me how to fight. To help me feel better. Like I could protect myself. "Don't forget to go low" Jessie hollered from the corner of the ring. I wiped the sweat from my forehead. We had been at this for 3 hours. My body was sore. "Hey Damien come here" Cody called and I heard Damien walk over. "Whats up?" He said watching us. "Run a few with Anna. She knows what I'm gonna do" Cody said giving me some water. "Don't you hurt her I'll fuck you up" Jessie said to him. Damien stepped in the ring. "Alright let me know when to stop okay Anna. I'm not gonna hurt you" he said leaning closer. I dodged his hits landing punches on him. Left right left right leg sweep. I kept reminding myself. He went to push me down onto the mat and I swept my legs under his making him fall. "Good baby just like that" Cody said helping Damien up. "Thanks man" he told him. "Yeah not a problem happy to help" Damien told Cody before nodding to me. He left the ring and I looked up at Cody. "You okay?" He asked me. I nodded my head as I took a drink of water. Jessie got down from the ropes carefully. Her ribs bruised so she couldn't move that fast.

"Alright let's head back to the hotel. Randy is probably worried where you are Jess " Cody said as we walked out. I have been back to work for a week. I still watch my back especially after Jessie's attack too. She protectected me. Cody and Randy protects me. I wanna be able to protect myself as well. I have been going to the gym with them and practice in the ring and I'm slowly starting to put on some muscle. We got into the car and Cody drove us to the hotel. "Where the bell have you been?" Randy said when we got back to the suite. "I was worried sick. You wouldn't answer my messages" he told Jessie. "Sorry babe my phone died. I wanted to see how Anna was progressing " she said giving him a hug. I went into mine and Cody's room and got things out to shower. I Patted Moxley on the head and he wagged his tail. "You did good there love your getting better" Cody said sitting on the bed." I feel so gross" I told him. Walking over to him I gave him a kiss and then everything happened so fast. He pulled me on top of him onto the bed. Laughing I leaned my head onto his. He looked into my eyes and gave me a passionate kiss. "I think you look pretty good right now" he whispered. I giggled as I kissed him back.

             Jessie's POV

"Randy you can not baby me forever. J am healing you know" I told him as I grabbed my snack and headed for the living room. "I know I'm just saying I could have got that for you. The doctors did tell you to relax " he said grabbing me a water. I rolled my eyes as I took it from him. "Geez I get jumped once. You think you know someone" I joked poking his side. "Look I'm sorry. I have known you a long time and you know I told your dad I'd watch your back " he said. He glanced toward Cody and Anna's room before turning the TV up louder. "I know but you can't blame yourself for what happened " I told him leaning my head on his shoulder. I missed my dad so much. Losing him they almost lost me too. If it wasn't for Randy I would not be here today. "I'll try not to be so over protective Jessie wyatt. But I make no promises" he said.
