S2 Ep8: To Catch a Leaf

While Sandy was eating his snack on the ledge two small shadow monkeys carefully walked up too him cause they noticed the food.

Rumble climbed onto the giant blue guy looking at the food in his hands while Savage was trying to steal the food next to Sandy. Sandy noticed them and said "aww, go ahead little guys I couldn't eat all of this even if I tried!"

(I changed the monkey scene to this.)

"By the way you guys seem a bit young to be out here on your own" Sandy says concerned. Savage looks at his brother then looks at Sandy. "Why should we tell you anything!" Savage says with her usual attitude while crossing his arms.

"You don't have to I was just wondering anyway I should be heading off I have a friend who needs my help" Sandy says then stands up getting ready to get going. "Wait!" Savage says quickly. "Yes little guy?" Sandy says looking at him.

"Could we come with you?" Savage says. "Of course come on!" Sandy says. The two shadow monkeys grab their food and hop onto Sandy's bags sitting on top. Sandy pulls out his map trying to figure out where to go from here.

"We never introduced ourselves! My names Rumble!" Rumble says still eating his snack. "Oh, my names Sandy!" The friendly giant said. "Names Savage" The other monkey says quietly.

(After lots of traveling and Rumble and Sandy talking while Savage just listened the whole time.)

As the crimson moon comes out they finally make it to the flower as it's blooming. Wow, the crimson jimsyn weed!" Sandy says walking up to it. Wow it's so pretty!" Rumble says while Savage looks at it amazed.

"Now to get this back to Mk!" Sandy says as he picks it up. Suddenly they hear a voice behind them say "actually I had a different idea." They look behind them and see a human sized spider.

"Now big guy how about you hand over that pretty, pretty flower?" The spider says. "Uhh, no this is for my friends see..." Sandy starts explaining why he needs it.

"Watch out" Savage yells as the spider attacks them. Savage grabs Rumble jumping off of Sandy right before Sandy goes flying. Sandy grabs the monkeys and starts running away from the spider demon.

"Mk, just hold on a little longer." Sandy says while running away. Sandy keeps running till he accidentally jumps off a cliff. Sandy lands then starts naming the things he traveled past then stops cause the spider destroyed his red markers.

Sandy steps backwards then gets trapped in a net while the shadow monkeys fall to the ground. Rumble notices the book with the flower on the ground and decides to try and get it while the spider demon is talking to Sandy.

All of a sudden Sandy gets thrown into a wall made of stones. Rumble froze looking at his new friend get hurt over and over. The spider then notices the small shadow monkey near the book and quickly picks up the book before Rumble could.

The spider was about to knockout out Rumble but Savage suddenly appears behind the spider hitting him with her shadow weapon sending the spider into a tree. Savage then grabs her brother backing up holding her weapon in front of them.

The spider stood back up brushing himself off then started talking to Sandy about something. Savage glances at Rumble making sure he's ok. Rumble suddenly made his staff appear and attacked the spider. "Rumble wait!" Savage says. A bunch of monkeys appear attacking the spider as well.

Savage notices the book land near her and remembers something Sandy said and quietly goes over to the book rips something and takes it out and puts it his pocket leaving the book where it landed.

The spider suddenly sends the monkeys and Rumble flying hurting them in the process. "Rumble!" Savage yells running to her brother. A butterfly appears in front of the spider and the spider goes to crush it.

Sandy suddenly snaps and goes to punch the spider but stops. "Leave this place" Sandy says. The spider runs off with the flower hidden in his bag.

Sandy sighs then walks over to the book opening it revealing that the spider got away with the flower. "Oh no I lost the flower now we cant cure Mk" Sandy says sad.

"Rumble?! Wake up!" Savage was shaking her brother aggressive. Sandy ran over. "Here let me see him" Savage shifted over allowing Sandy to see Rumble. "His injuries aren't to bad I think he's just knocked out" Sandy says carefully picking him up and setting him on top of his luggage.

Savage hopped up there as well holding onto her brother. "Oh umm mr... giant blue guy I got something for you!" he held up one of the flower petals carefully giving it to Sandy.

"How did you...?" Sandy said confused. "I got it when the monkeys attacked the spider guy. I hope it's enough." Savage said. "Thank you!" Sandy says happily. "We should head back to the city would you like to come with me?"

Sandy asked. Savage was quiet for a minute but then says "yes please." "Alright then little guy let's go." Sandy says heading back.

(Once they get back to the noodle shop.)

Sandy walks in saying "I got the flower I'll be right back with some tea." Sandy sets the two shadow monkeys in a booth then goes to make the tea. After Sandy makes the tea he gives it to Mk who drinks it and stops hiccuping.

Sandy then goes over to the shadow monkeys and picks them back up. Suddenly Mk and Mei appear beside Sandy. "Who are they?" Mk asks. "Yeah!" Mei says in response.

"These are my new friends but one is injured so I'm gonna head to my boat! We can do introductions once the ones better!" Sandy says joyfully. "Aww ok" Mk says sadly.

Sandy leaves and head to the dock. When he gets to his boat he opens the door and Savage hops off of Sandy and looks around. He notices the therapy cats and gets confused on why there are so many.

Sandy sets Rumble on the couch and goes to get the med kit. When Sandy gets back he wraps up Rumbles injuries then takes him to his spare room to rest. Savage follows Sandy to the room.

"This will be your guys room for now!" You can use the tv if you want! I'm gonna head to bed tho so good night!" Sandy says then leaves the room. Savage puts on a show then climbs in bed snuggling with her brother then falling asleep.
